Stunning Barn Conversion with PRIVATE POOL!!

Close to all the main site seeing attractions at Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Montignac, Perigueux, Beynac and Domme, our beautiful barn conversion comprises 3 properties. Tastefully renovated to a very high standard. Each property is fully independent and has its own private pool, overlooking the picturesque village of Plazac, with its 17th Century church, making this the perfect holiday destination.

The property includes a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The area also includes a dining area that seats four people and a large living area, with 2 large double doors that open out onto a terrace. There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing table.

Access to each property is via a large shared terrace. Three pools and sunbathing area are located on the lower terrace.

Please note, the property is not suitable for babies or children.

For our customers with bikes, cycling routes (French Cycling Federation) start from our carpark.

Fabulous Stay in Plaza

Hosts very welcoming. Property in pristine condition. Beautiful bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a break in the Dordogne. The pool area was an added bonus. Lots of great places to visit in the area. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here

Très bon séjour de passer à Plazac dans un logement avec une belle vue, une piscine privée, au calme vraiment très agréable. Dans le logement il ne manque rien, tout est pensé pour nous faciliter le séjour.

Agréable séjour a Plazac

Au cœur du Perigord noir dans ce charmant gite neuf et parfaitement équipé nous avons pu visiter de nombreux site préhistoriques, de très beaux villages, faire du Canoë sur la Vézère, parcourir les circuits VTT au départ du gîte et profiter de la piscine après des journées bien remplies. Emplacement nature au calme

Bel espace de vie et confort. Proche d'un charmant village, d'un jardin de producteurs biologique. Ideal pour se retirer apres les visites de châteaux, de villages, de sites remarquable. La petite piscine est un atout fraicheur. Très Bon accueil de Karen qui est à l'écoute. Peut-être observerez-vous le chevreuil qui broutte la luzerne tres tôt le matin et le soir !
