Welcome to AvidonApartments, your luxury serviced temporary home.

You stay with us in a fully equipped contemporary apartment hotel which was opened in August 2022.

All rooms are serviced weekly.

All individually air-conditioned apartments are fully equipped with an open kitchen, a comfortable dining table / desk. free WIFI and luxurious boxspring beds. A 43" smart TV and a BOSE sound box ensure good entertainment.

For a perfect start in the morning each apartment has a Nespresso machine and a water cooker, snacks and beverages as wells as washing machines /dryers are available in our lounge.

Modern fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, water cooker.

Superior Apartment with balcony with outdoor furniture or with oriel.
Room size 35 - 38 qm / 377 - 409 sqft

Bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer equipped with Bogner soap products.

Oversized boxspring bed (180x210 cm / e.g. 71x83 inch) with a height of 68 cm (e.g. 27 inch) with pocket spring mattress and topper as well as down blanket / pillow from the famous German Mühldorfer bedding manufacture.

Walk in wardrobe with safe box (with light & electric socket) and iron / ironing board.

Free WIFI, weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels.
Washing machine, dryer, vending machines for drinks and snacks, ice machine are available at our lounge.

A residential entitlement certificate can be issued for stays of 90 days or more.

You will be staying in a fully equipped, modern flat hotel, newly opened in August 2022.

Each of the individually air-conditioned flats has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining/desk, free Wi-Fi and luxurious box-spring beds. A 43" smart TV and a BOSE sound box ensure good entertainment.

To give you the best start to your day in the morning, each flat has a Nespresso machine as well as a kettle, snacks & drinks and complimentary washers / dryers are available in our lounge.

Modern shower room, with vanity mirror and hairdryer as well as Bogner soap.

Walk-in wardrobe with safe box (with lighting and power connection) and iron/ironing board.

Free Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning with bed linen/towel change.
Washing machine, dryer, vending machines for drinks and snacks are available in the lounge.

Housing permit can be issued for stays of 90 days or more.

The lift broke at least 2 times during the stay. This was annoying.

The main light of the room was not working. And even the other lights stopped working. Was really shocked at the poor maintenance. Also as already mentioned lift broke twice during the stay. Pls maintain the facilities properly in future.

Es ist ein nettes Appartement,das aber verbessert werden muss.Viel Schlimmel im Sanitärbereich.Die Küchenzeile ist ausreichend,das Iventar Grenzwertig.Buchung verlief einfach,wurde aber doppelt abgebucht, bis dato wartet ich auf die Rückbuchung.Um 9Uhr wurden wir aus dem Bett geklingelt/ Check Out war 12H,das war sehr störend.Die Lage der Apartments befindet sich Direkt am Werdehammer der Straßenbahn,ich würde kein weiteres mal diese Apartment buchen.

Enttäuschend

wir haben unser Appartement über Fe-Wo direkt gebucht und sind leider total enttäuscht. Sauberkeit: -Bonbonpapier und weitere Verschmutzungen unter dem Bett -Dreckiges Besteck -Speisereste an der Wand -Schmutzige Handtücher (hinter der Badheizung war deutlich Staub abgelegt die sich auf die Handtücher übertragen haben) -Schmierfilm/Putzstreifen an der Eingangstür -Fehlende Armaturen im Badezimmer über der Toilette Unser Appartement lag zudem noch in der Blickrichtung zur Endhaltestelle der Straßenbahn. Dieses wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt und hat für eine erhebliche Geräuschbelästigung und für entsprechende Vibrationen im Appartement gesorgt. Nur von ca. Mitternacht bis morgens um ca. 05:00 Uhr hatten wir unsere Ruhe. Positiv können wir leider nur anmerken: die gute Erreichbarkeit zur Messe, der Parkplatz am Haus, die Klimaanlage. Die technischen Geräte haben alle funktioniert. Gerne hätten wir besser bewertet, aufgrund der Umstände leider nicht. Für die "Sauberkeit" haben wir eine Entschuldigung vom Betreiber erhalten

Der Aufenthalt war absolut zufriedenstellend, es hat an nichts gefehlt und konnte es sehr genießen!

Das Apartment hat alle Ausstattung die es brauch und war sehr sauber und schön! Die Kunst an den Wänden rundet den Aufenthalt ebenfalls ab. Ich konnte die Küche ohne Probleme nutzen, das Bett war äußerst gemütlich und die Anbindung zum Flughafen/ Hauptbahnhof ist auch sehr vorteilhaft! Allgemein kann ich AvidonApartments sehr weiterempfehlen!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälntis

Ich kannte das Avidon schon von vorherigen Aufenthalten, die wirklich sehr schönen Zimmer und die gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV waren für mich Grund genug wieder für meinen Messeaufenthalt hier Einzuchecken. Sehr positiv ist auch der Zugang zum Hotel über die KS App, so ist man gerade bei einer langen Anreise sehr frei. Ein wenig Schade war das dies Jahr zum einen das Wlan deutlich langsamer war als zuvor und ich in meinem Zimmer oftmals zum Hotspot meines Handys gewechselt bin.

Reservamos 3 apartamentos por motivos de trabajo. La ubicación es inmejorable. Barrio residencial cerca del aeropuerto y a unos 10-15 minutos en coche del centro y del recinto de Messe. Cerca del hotel hay cafeterías y restaurantes. Las habitaciones eran grandes y estaba todo muy limpio. Tanto cama como almohadas muy cómodas. La pequeña cocina cuenta con todo tipo de detalles. Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Dusseldorf.

Das man 24 Stunden in sein Apartment konnte. Sauber usw. Parkplatz vorhanden.
