particularities
Former wine-growing school, located directly on the river, quiet, a few minutes' walk to the historic city center. View of the Moselle, landing stage for the hotel ships, vineyards and the Pinnerberg vantage point, with the cross illuminated at night.
Shared sun terrace, motorcycle/bicycle garage. Public parking in front of the door.
Cochem - Pearl of the Moselle
Idyllically located on both sides of the calmingly flowing "Mother Mosel", one of the most beautiful, interesting and most visited places on the Mosel awaits you.
For good reasons
The majestic Reichsburg, the idyllic old town core, narrow streets, crooked half-timbered houses, medieval city gates, market square with a baroque town hall, medieval townscape, green, flower-decorated complex on the banks of the Moselle, wildly romantic Enderttal with the ruins of Winneburg, history dating back to Celtic and Roman times, are certain good reasons for it. Not to forget the ever-present Moselle, which photogenic characterizes the cityscape and life on both sides of the river.
Active in Cochem
Boat trips, motor boat rental, golf resort, leisure center with water park, mini golf and tennis courts, marina, historic mustard mill, interesting hiking trails through the vineyards, flat network of cycle paths, chairlift to the animal and leisure park, river drift, historical city tours, various festivals and events, e.g. Easter market and Advent magic and Christmas market, Moselle adventure pool, round trip with the Moselle Wine Express, chairlift to the Pinnerkreuz viewpoint, Moselle wine tasting in a rustic wine cellar. And, top secret: Former Bundesbank bunker.
Life by and on the river - you can enjoy that to the full here.
