It is also within walking distance to more shopping centres such as El Corte Ingles, and Centro Plaza with further restaurants and shops and is close to the market and the Casino. Directly outside the urbanization, there are taxis, buses and a grocery store that is open around the clock. Marbella city/harbour is approx. 8 km away and the nice beach promenade allows you to walk all the way there. And why not take the catamaran back? For those interested in golf, there are many popular golf courses in the area. As well as this, Sierra Nevada, a great place for those who love skiing is only 2.5 hours away, a perfect combination of the best of two worlds when the season allows. The apartment is about 100m2, has 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The property has 2 bathrooms with showers and a toilet, and in one of the bathrooms, there is a washing machine. There is a large pleasant living room with an open kitchen and dining area, from here you can find the lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the Marbella sun. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances needed for a pleasant stay.
