This unique new townhouse across three floors has modern day beach vibes, which gives you a home away from home feeling.

Consisting of a ground floor with kitchen, living & dining areas & a private rear Garden.
On the first floor is the bathroom with a separate bath & rainfall shower. Two bedrooms, a single room ( pulls out in to a double bed ) with views of the rear garden & skyline. A large master bedroom with a double bed.

On the second floor is the large loft bedroom equipped with a double bed & a sky light for you to stare at the stars. All floors across the property are wooden floor boards with the bathroom being tiled & kitchen with Vinyl flooring.

Newly decorated with quality amenities in each room consisting of plush pillows & duvets, towels & quality toiletries. In the loft bedroom you will find a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils a juicer & a coffee machine. You will also find a fridge freezer, dish washer & washing machine.
