We designed this house to fulfill all your mediterranean holiday dreams - prepare for a stunning and modern new property located on the beautiful Monte Baldo above the azure Lake Garda.
With two fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen and a beautifully designed garden with lounge furniture, it comfortably caters for 4-6 guests, offering aproximately 150 m² of living area.
Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-sized beds (160 cm width) each have got their own bathroom with shower (1 en-suite and 1 attached) and a beautiful balcony with partly views of the Lake Garda so look forward to wake up to stunning views in the morning!
The spacious and air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen invites you to spend some relaxing hours with your loved ones. Offering the possibility to be effortlessly being converted into a bed, the cozy sofa bed can generate space for up to 2 persons.
Our Salvatore-Homes is also equipped with fast Wi-Fi (100% range all over the house), a highend BOSE Home Cinema Sound System and satellite TV with support for e.g. Amazon Prime.
Feeling like wanting to cook your own Pasta Bolognese today? No worries - our kitchen is fully equipped with only high quality home appliances and a wide range of kitchen utensils offering you everything you will need.
And for the dirty dishes after your delicious meal there is of course a dishwasher.

San Zeno di Montagna is a cozy small town surrounded by calm and beautiful nature on the Monte Baldo.
A small supermarket with all necessary groceries and a lovely restaurant can be found within a minute walk from the property.
Affi is just a few-minutes drive away from San Zeno di Montagna - offering a enormous range of shopping possibilites including a shopping centre satisfying all of your wishes!
We warmly recommend to visit beautiful Bardolino (15 min drive away), you definitely will love it! Select from a huge range of restaurants located in the romantic old town and enjoy delicious Italian food next to the lake or stroll through the lovely alleyways with their lovely little shops.
Or visit the beautiful city Verona (30 minute drive away) with its medieval old town which is world famous for having been the scene for Shakespeares "Romeo and Juliette".
With its stunning and peaceful environment, San Zeno also invites you to do a hike - explore some stunning spots with awesome views!
We recommend a car but there is also a bus station just a 10 minute walk away.
