You enter the living room on the right and on the left there is a practical and modern independent kitchen. The glass door divides the living area from the sleeping area, consisting of a first double bedroom with attached bathroom and another double bedroom with twin beds with adjoining bathroom. Comfort and furnishings with refined finishes. Outside garden with pool to be shared with two more apartments. Free parking in front of the house.

Amazing apartment!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The view of Lake Garda is spectacular. It is possible to walk into Toscolano in about 20 mins, however if you prefer to drive there is plenty of parking.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Immobilien. Die Lage ist gut, allerdings ohne Auto kaum im vollem Umfang genießbar (am Hang, keine direkten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe). Uta hat uns stets unterstützt und bei allen laufenden Fragen geholfen. Wenn man ganz kritisch sein dürfte, dann wäre eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung deutlich angemessener, anstatt eine Waschmaschine mit insgesamt 3 Parteien zu teilen (ein Anschluss ist ohnehin in der Wohnung vorhanden). Darüber hinaus wäre es hilfreich, wenn man die Garage mitnutzen könnte, da die Parkmöglichkeiten am Hang je nach Uhrzeit nicht verfügbar waren. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub abseits des großen Trubels

Schönes Haus mit 3 Ferienwohnungen, Pool und Garten, am Hang gelegen etwas außerhalb von Toscolano und abseits vom touristischen Betreib. Grandioser Blick über den Gardasee. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein Fahrzeug ist von Vorteil. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 15 - 20 min in Toscolano/Maderno oder am Hafen, zurück sind dann ein paar Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Das Hinterland bietet eine Menge Wandertouren und Fahrradtouren. Aber auch mit einem motorisierten Untersatz kann man schöne Ausflüge entlang des Gardasees unternehmen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles bestens in Schuss, super gepflegt, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Uta hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert und die Kommunikation vorab und auch vor Ort lief völlig problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Fahrzeug vor Ort ist ratsam, aber eine Eisdiele ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar! Toller Blick auf den See.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Diese 4 Tage waren einfach traumhaft! Die Villa ist superschön und die Hausfeen Uta und Mariana sind super nett und zuverlässig. Ein Auto oder ein Roller sind auf Grund der Lage empfehlenswert. Wer gut zu Fuß ist kann aber auch alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und alles ist im Top-Zustand. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Uta kümmert sich um alle Anliegen umgehend und hat auch immer einen Tipp für die Freizeitgestaltung parat.
