Royal Channel Retreat is a spacious ground floor apartment overlooking the channel and within walking distance of the Royal Harbour and town.
This ground floor apartment has roomy accommodation with a kitchen / diner with a step down to an impressive lounge with a log burner, ideal after a winter's walk along the beach.
There are three double bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite shower room) and an additional family bathroom. This building has been extensively refurbished and is an impressive character building overlooking the sea.
Ramsgate Sands and the Royal Harbour are within walking distance and further areas of coastline to explore from the promenade at the foot of the grounds.

End of summer holiday

We enjoyed our stay in the property. It is well presented and clean. The property is spacious as well for 6people. We enjoyed the sea view from the lounge area. However, most of the dining chairs, reclining chairs in the living room and bedrooms are all worn and have high chance of breaking down when in used. The door knob in the ensuite needs changing as well as our friend was trapped inside, luckily the maintenance was able to go to the property immediately after calling them. The door knob in the middle room was broken as well. Apart from these, everything is great.
