Casa Rural Sutegía, en Ziga

A beautiful, traditional 18th-century Baztan house, fully renovated in 2023. It is located in the town centre of Ziga, a village of 200 residents in the Baztán Valley, one of the most renowned and exclusive valleys in Navarre. Sutegia embodies the valley’s traditional architecture, where traditional red stone and wood blend with the comforts of a newly renovated home, ensuring that relaxation, sports, and fine dining are all within easy reach in an incomparable setting.

The house features 5 double bedrooms (sleeps 10+2), 4 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a game room, a one-car garage, and an outdoor area:
-Ground floor: entryway, one-car garage (with a ping-pong table and dart machine), and game room (foosball table, arcade games, children’s games, 50" TV, coffee table, and sofas).
-Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker…), bathroom (with a two-person whirlpool tub), and living room (55" TV, stereo/speakers, table and chairs for 12 people, board games, fireplace…)
-Second floor: three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms.
-Third floor: two bedrooms (one with a balcony and a double bed, and another with two single beds; both rooms can accommodate an extra bed) and one bathroom. The bathrooms are fully equipped with vanities, a hair dryer, hand towels, shower towels, and bath mats…
The house also features a small outdoor area on one side with sofas, a table for relaxing, and a barbecue. Free Wi-Fi is available on all floors.
The heating system consists of underfloor heating (powered by geothermal energy and solar panels), which provides warmth in winter and cooling in summer.

Ziga and the Baztán Valley offer an incomparable setting, ideal for rest and tranquility, as well as perfect for exploring beautiful landscapes and villages, enjoying sports, and more. Every town in the valley has its own charm, while Elizondo, the capital, offers the most amenities. The area offers adventure parks and numerous options for sightseeing and sports... It is also close to Pamplona, as well as San Sebastián and the southern French coast.
