Er is een waarborg van 500 EUR die voor aankomst per overschrijving dient betaald te worden. Deze waarborg wordt terugbetaald binnen de 7 werkdagen na vertrek mits geen schade.

Het organiseren van studentenfeesten, vrijgezellenfeesten, drinkpartijen in dit huis is ten strengste verboden.
Extreem hoog verbruik zoals het opladen van elektrische wagens is verboden en kan van de waarborg worden gehouden. Gelieve hier rekening mee te houden.
