Il nostro cascinale è un ottimo punto di partenza per il Vostro soggiorno ai piedi delle Langhe, patrimonio dell'Unesco, ricco di borghi, e cantine rinomate. Siamo nella terra dei Vini a pochi Km da Dogliani, Barolo, Novello e Barbaresco e nella terra del tartufo e dei funghi a 20 minuti da Alba e Ceva.
Ai piedi di montagne per passeggiate estive e sport invernali nei vicini impianti sciistici; ad un'ora dalla Riviera Ligure.
Per gli amanti delle città siamo ad un'ora da Genova e da Torino.
In grazioso cascinale tipico piemontese, appartamento indipendente, trilocale al primo piano, composto da ampia cucina/soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, 2 camere di cui una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con letto matrimoniale alla francese ed un letto singolo, Tv, bagno con doccia e lavatrice (a pagamento).
Ampio terrazzo privato arredato con salottino da esterno e tavolo per colazioni e pranzi all'aperto. Nel cortile disponibilità' del forno a legna, barbeque (usufruibile con piccolo contributo) e piccola piscina fuori terra (aperta nella stagione estiva 01/06 -15/09) in esclusiva e gratuita per gli ospiti
