Het is heel fijn om gasten te mogen ontvangen zoals jullie, die zich volledig thuis voelen in La Gallina Spiritosa en met volle teugen genieten van de stijl van het huis, van de landelijke sfeer hier in Carrù / in de Langhe en van al het moois en lekkers dat de streek te bieden heeft. Gigi, Lampo, de kippen en ik zullen jullie rustige, gezellige aanwezigheid missen….
