- 10 minutes walk to the marina Puerto Banus
- 10 minutes drive from golf courses such as Aloha Golf Club, La Dama de Noche or Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and the centre of Marbella.

Marbella is one of the most popular and touristic destinations in Spain. Its attraction is easy to understand. It is a paradise for beach lovers, as there are nothing less than 23 beaches along its 27km of coast. On the other hand, Marbella has centuries of history, with cultures that left their footprint in the whole city, specially in the old town. There are wonderfully preserved historical roman, arabic and christian rests. In addition, luxury is at Marbella's heart, in Puerto Banús. Most of the tourists that visit the city looking for exclusive products and unbeatable services.

Outside the property, right at the entrance you can park for free. It is not usually a very busy area so after parking, the flat is easy to find.

Although the flat is situated in a very quiet area away from the noise of the city, the Rio Verde beach is less than 200 metres away, which can be reached after a short walk through the swimming pool area and then a pedestrian street.

A place you will love to visit is the famous Puerto Banús, one of the most famous marinas in the world. Situated at approx. 10 minutes walking distance, it is also famous for its wide range of restaurants and shops. We are also sure that you will be amazed by the number of yachts and boats you will find here.

If you like land sports, you are in luck because in the vicinity of the accommodation you will find golf clubs such as the Aloha Golf Club or the La Quinta Golf & Country Club among many others.

It is also worth mentioning that for any day to day shopping you will find an Aldi supermarket less than 1 kilometre from the flat.
