Villa Sea Pearl is located in the quiet coastal settlement Maslenica. Maslenica belongs to the municipality of Jasenice and is located in a deep natural bay - the Novigrad Sea, not far from the mouth of the Zrmanja river. The symbols of this settlement are the century-old olive groves from which it got its name, which the locals still cultivate along the coast, and the Maslenica Bridge, which connects continental Croatia with Dalmatia. On the bridge, which was renovated in 2006, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bare karst soil that descends towards the sea and the view of Velebit. Maslenica abounds in beautiful pebble or stone beaches where there are not too many crowds and restaurants that offer great gastronomic pleasure. This place is an ideal starting point for 4 National Parks and two nature parks, and there is a visit to the Zrmanja canyon where you can enjoy in rafting and natural beauties.



Villa Sea Pearl can accommodate 4+2 people in two bedrooms with double bed and extendable couch in the spacious living room. Besides fully equipped kitchen and living room this villa offers you plenty seating space in the terrace where outdoor fireplace is located thus preparation of delicious meals on the grill is guaranteed. Moreover, this terrace is covered so even if the summer rain starts you can still enjoy and eat your meals outdoor listening to the patchy drizzle of the rain. Besides spacious and covered terrace that has a beautiful view on the never ending sea there is a lovely private pool in the yard of the house that is surrounded with sun loungers where you can enjoy the peace and quietness of the place while kids are playing on the playground. And if you feel tired of just watching the sea, you can hop in it quickly since it is only 400 m distanced from the house.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten genügend Platz. Die Terasse und der Pool waren das Highlight. Alles da was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und somit konnte unser kleiner Hund frei herumlaufen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Würden wir nochmal buchen. A und I.Deis
