Spotless Modern Apartment with Great Views

I am VERY fussy and this apartment was spotless. It is on the 24th floor so the views are amazing. Security is tight and parking was convenient. Beautiful lobby with nice bar. 31st floor has the best views of the city and the mountains. Management was very responsive with our questions and requests. Only caveat is that this is in a location with few restaurants of so-so quality. Take an Uber (easy to do) to Barrio Escalante and enjoy a brewery tour and choose from many excellent restaurants.
