The property is an 8 bedroom villa sleeping up to 16 guests and is located in the beautiful area of St George, Sea Caves. Stunning views of the world-famous Akamas Peninsula can be enjoyed from the villa. The perfect setting and spacious outside grounds of the villa are ideal for a wedding ceremony and reception.

The popular family resort of Coral Bay is less than a 10 minute drive away and where you will find plenty of amenities and restaurants.

As you enter the villa there is a spacious living area with comfortable seating and TV with UK and international channels. Adjacent to the living area you will find the formal dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and modern appliances, a breakfast bar and a second smaller kitchen. From the living area moving outside through the patio doors, there is a large furnished terrace with plenty of seating available and al-fresco dining to be enjoyed. For relaxation, there is a hot tub on the terrace. Stairs from this area lead down to the swimming pool where there are plenty of sunbeds for relaxing under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine.

For the guest's entertainment, there is a pool table and table tennis at the villa for hours of fun to be enjoyed by all members of a group.

On the ground floor, the first of the villa’s bedrooms is found; a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. These two bedrooms are ideal for a family due to the twin bedroom sharing the double bedroom's en-suite. A guest cloakroom is found on this floor.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms; a master bedroom, a double, and two twin bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite. From the master bedroom, you can access a large furnished balcony with views of the garden and swimming pool. There is also a kitchenette / laundry room on this floor that has a double sofa bed which can be prepared upon request, prior to arrival.

The final bedrooms for the villa are found on the lower ground floor; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a shower room. A kitchenette with microwave, fridge freezer and a coffee machine is found on this level.

Air conditioning is available at the villa throughout and during the winter months, central heating and a fireplace are available.

Outside there are private gardens, citrus orchards, an aromatic herb garden, and a 12m x 6m infinity heated swimming pool with walk-in steps and built-in jacuzzi (depths 1m to 1.7m). The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, and umbrellas allowing everyone in the group to relax under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. The villa offers a barbecue for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed.
