Very disappointed

Despite the beautiful photos on the ad and the fact that it sleeps ten people in the center of town, ideal for a weekend with friends, we were really disappointed by this apartment. The wifi didn't work very well, the shutters in the master bedroom were stuck so we were woken by daylight constantly; there was a leak in the bathroom. There were no bedside tables in several bedrooms, contrary to what was shown in the photos. A comforter was missing, no tea towels in the kitchen. Doors squeaked loudly, and the general condition of the walls was poor. When we asked for an extra comforter and for the shutters to be repaired, we were only asked for photos by e-mail, but no one came to solve the problem. That's all I can remember for just two nights... Shame.
