Do not stay here !

We have returned to Australia after spending two weeks in Italy, the worst part of the trip was the apartment provided. We booked this apartment as a base to travel from. Thank you for the refund of the cleaning charge but perhaps we should be invoicing you for actually cleaning this pig pin before we could comfortably live in it. I feel this apartment has been terribly misrepresented. It’s dark not light, it doesn’t present as per the pictures, the TV is not as the pictures, the bathroom is disgusting, bedding very basic and only a blanket for the sofa bed no extra pillows, kitchen filthy, no Microwave. The bathroom floods every time you use the shower as the shower curtain is inadequate. Advertised with a shower screen. We found this apartment to be so bad we extended our stay in Varenna and Turin, so we minimized the nights sleeping here we also moved to a hotel for our last night as we didn’t want the last memory of our vacation to be of this apartment. This was our 6th vacation in Italy since 2018 and without a doubt the worse accommodation we have experienced. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This apartment hit the mark on location. However when we arrived, it was dark, dirty and old. The management team arrived on time. But the person checking us in had no answers. Where are the extra sheets for pull out.. where are the toiletries.. specifically SOAP. The furniture is old. Table chairs had burn holes. Pull out coach looks like it was in a frat house. AC did not work in living room atea where our son was sleeping. Their response was to use a fan. It was so hot in there to sleep. The bathrooms were dirty or at least felt that way. Main bathroom had broken hot water valve. Other bathroom did not have glass enclosure as pictured. It had a curtain on an elevated basin that you could not possibly use unless you flooded the bathroom. The toilets were stained amd shelves in 2nd bath were all rusted. They did keep the empty dirty soap dispenser there. There were no side lamps in brdroom and the canopy bed was longer a canopy. There were no pictures on the walls are in photos either.. the apartment was so dark. I can keep going but won't. I simply asked for a compensation of some sort for the inconvenience and miss representation. They refused. They did offwr to move me late that evening to another apartment. I had no way to leave our event and do that it just was not possible. We were only there 2 nights and had so many tickets and obligations. My advise to stay away feom this management companies apartments.
