Why they chose this property

This house is in environment where I live with my family last (almost) 20 years. I have peace and quite there, without many cars, without many people. Drinking coffee in the morning, I hear birds and some yachts going on daily trips. Water in front of us is lake, and kind of gem since it connects Adriatic sea and river Krka (half sweet – half salted). Krka is proclaimed as National park, and our area is lower flow – protected area. Water rich of fish, sky full of birds, what else you can ask for? And, just 5 minutes by car to city of Šibenik. Bilice – Vrulje – area where I would like to wait my retirement. Beside this last one (and maybe even that), you will have it staying at us!

What makes this property unique

House is setted on amazing place, with great view, far away from crowd. It is minimalistic, but still warm furnished inside. Every room has its bathroom. Pool is heated, which is great if you like to come during spring or autumn. Around house goes cycle path, also great thing to stay active during vacation. I use that path for running or just walking around. Plenty of hidden bays in area around 300-500m, surrounded by olive trees, where you can put your towels, read a book and get refresh in the lake!
