The apartment, located on the first floor accessible by stairs, opens onto the living area, furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a TV and an open kitchen equipped with many cooking tools, including a small electric oven and an espresso machine. This room has access to the terrace with table and chairs, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a closet and a TV. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
