Beautifully located house with unfortunately poor sleeping facilities

The lodge is very nice. It has a wonderful view from the large window front. The living room is very cozy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For guests who attach less importance to the quality of the sleeping facilities, the house is highly recommended.Since the quality of the mattresses (because of back pain) is a decisive criterion for us, we asked. Answer from Belvilla (quote): "Old mattresses are repaired or replaced immediately. The house has 5 bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable beds and high quality mattresses to ensure a restful and relaxing stay for every guest." The prospect of high-quality and new mattresses had convinced us.After arriving on site, it unfortunately turned out that this information was not true. The mattresses are old and in very poor condition. I could feel every spring from my mattress. The nights became torture for the guests with back problems. I contacted the owner who rents out the lodge through Belvilla. Quote from his reply email: "We are not a hospital or a 5-star hotel." It became clear that Belvilla had answered without consulting the landlord, without knowledge of the condition of the property and not according to the facts. Just having in mind to make money. The owner was kind enough to organize two new mattresses for us for the particularly affected. Thank you very much for that.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und idyllisch gelegen und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung, sodass man unten gemütlich sitzen kann und oben die Schlafräume inkl. Bädern sind. Insgesamt war es überwiegend sauber, wobei ich mir mit Baby noch etwas mehr Bodenhygiene gewünscht hätte. Auch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl muss man im Zweifel selbst mitbringen, ansonsten ist die Ausstattung in der Küche aber sehr gut! :) Die Betten sind recht weich, ist aber Geschmacksache :) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem ein schönes Wochenende! :) Danke!

Das von uns gemietete Ferienhaus in Züschen Winterberg liegt in einem Tal, umgeben von einer wunderbaren Natur mit kleinem Bachlauf, abgelegen und genug Platz für 10 Personen. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war vorhanden, vom TV, Küche, Kühlschränke, Grill, gut funktionierendes Wlan, alles da. In der näheren Umgebung ca 1 bis 2 km ist alles für den Gast erreichbar. Gastronomien, Edeka, Bank, Bäckerei uvm. Haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Mitnahme der eigenen Fahrräder, E-Bikes sind Empfehlenswert und anzuraten. Wanderer kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Hier sollte man unbedingt nach Aufenthalt im grünen seine und auch die Kleidung der anderen nach Zecken absuchen und Zeckenbisse mit Zeckenzange entfernen und behandeln. Mitnahme Zeckenzange dringend empfohlen. Haben wir oft benutzt. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit, und einer sehr schönen Natur mit einem tollen Haus sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Buchung über Belvilla ist ein anderes Kapitel und war nicht einfach.
