The bedrooms, which all have Smart TVs, consist of a ground-floor king-size bedroom with woodburning stove, a double bedroom, and two twins, (1 of which is a zip- link which can be changed to a king on request)
along with a ground floor shower room and family bathroom. Outside, there is rear enclosed garden with views of the North Pennines AONB and with pergola, sensory garden, and hot tub, along with a gated private driveway with parking for up to three cars, and additional roadside parking. Three well-behaved pet is welcome, and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available on request.
