The air-conditioned apartment is located on the sixth floor (with lift access) and offers 2 private balconies, where you can take the first sip of your morning coffee with lovely views. Inside, the apartment features a light and airy living room with a sofa double bed, internet access and a Smart TV. The apartment is suitable for elderly guests.

Overall great stay in Lugano. My only complaint would be there is no sink in the kitchenette area. Loved all the big windows and very comfy beds.

Spacious, quiet, and convenient

Air conditioner is a lifesaver for the July heat. The operation instruction of the A/C is not in an obvious place - had to message management company to get it to work for the second night, but they were responsive.

Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft mit Vor- und Nachteilen

Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort. Das Appartement wirkte auf den Bildern viel großzügiger als es war. Auch die beiden Balkone waren eine Miniaturausgabe. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war es unmöglich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Man hatte selbst im Stehen keinen Platz. Die Balkonstühle und Tische waren schmutzig und abgeranzt.Wir wussten, dass es keine direkte Küche gab, aber in der detallierten Beschreibung von Fewo-direct war eine Herdplatte bzw. ein Herd mit aufgeführt. Diesen hab es aber nicht. Direkt auf der Seite von Happy Rentals war das gleiche Appartement ohne Herd in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Es gab auch keine Töpfe, also konnte man sich nicht mal Nudeln kochen. Es gab eine mobile "Spülschüssel" zum Abwaschen des schnutzigen Geschirrs. Das war nicht so optimal..Die Betten / Schlafcouch war ok, man konnte gut darauf schlafen. (Außer der Kühlschrank, der war sehr laut in der Nacht. Schlecht für die schlafenden Personen auf dem Schlafsofa)Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Ich, als 170cm schlanke Frau, hatte dort schon Probleme mich zu duschen, da man keinen Platz hatte und sich überall gestoßen hat. Wie mein Mann das mit 195cm geschafft hat, bleibt mir immer noch ein Rätsel..Die Klimaanlage war goldwert. Wir hatten Temperaturen von über 30 Grad und freuten uns jedes Mal in unser klimatisiertes Zimmer zu kommen.Die Lage war super. Fußläufig war alles in kurzer Zeit super zu erreichen. (Restaurants, Cafés, Lido, See..)
