This is a very Comfortable, Modern Luxury House located in a newly built residential area in El Cotillo. 100 meters from some of the most spectacular beaches and coves on the island (see photos).

El Cotillo is a cozy village known for its tranquility and it’s amazing natural surroundings, enjoying the beaches and coves. The white sand and crystal clear waters are the Jewel of the island. You also have the Grandes Playas area of Cotillo, fantastic, long beaches ideal for sunbathing, swimming and long walks. You can also enjoy water sports, surfing, kite surfing, etc. not to mention ending the day with the best sunset on the island.

The towns stores are open 7 days a week, there are Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, etc..
The bus stop that connects you to the rest of the island is 200 meters from the house. If you prefer to rent a car it is just a short stroll to the car rental office.








This Beautiful New Modern Luxury House Consisting of
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), Livingroom, Kitchen and sleeps 6 people.
Outside there are 2 Terraces, Barbecue Area and a Garage with private parking.


Livingroom: The Livingroom is beautifully fitted with Luxury furnishings and features TV with satellite. Wifi, free ADS, USB and Hotbirt Astra.

Kitchen: A Fully Fitted Kitchen with all necessary appliances
to live and feel at home. Washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and Italian, kettle, toaster etc..

Bedroom 1: This Bedroom has a Large Double bed, Wardrobes and a large terrace (4 meters) with a fantastic view out to sea. This Bedroom is also large enough for 1 or 2 cots (available on request). .

Bathroom 1: Next to Bedroom 1 this is a very spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet (Hairdryer available).

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is spacious with Twin beds and Wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: This Bedroom has a Single Bed and Convertible Double Sofa of 1.60 with a very large terrace (12 meters), with a Children's Play area.

Bathroom 2: Beside Bedroom 2 and 3 this bathroom features a shower / bath, toilet and bidet.

Terrace 1: This Terrace is 12m2 with garden furniture overlooking the sea and Barbecue Area.

Terrace 2: This Terrace is 12 m2 and is located in the interior of the house, ideal for children to play safely and securely.

Great relaxing vacation

Extremely clean , well equipped vacation home. Enjoyed long walks on the beach.The large size beach towel provided were very appreciated. Alfredo checked in on us regularly and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

Very fine house near to beaches

Only thing to mention is that upper bedroom matress is a single one and could be a little small with two adults. The house itself is very comfortable and clean and all necessary things are availible. El Cotillo is small village but with several nice restautrants. With a car you can reach the beautiful beaches fast. We can recommend this house in every respect and the owner Alfredo is nice and helpful man.

Angenehmes Haus in Strandnähe

Der Eigentümer Alfredo ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Bereits im Vorfeld hat er auf alle unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus, das modern eingerichtet und zudem gut gepflegt ist, liegt in der Nähe des Meeres. Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Meer lädt zum Baden ein. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

super ! au calme (si vous venez pour faire la fête, aimez les endroits bétonnés, le shopping et le tourisme de masse, allez voir plus loin !). Voiture indispensable pour visiter la magnifique île. El Cotillo est encore un village relativement préservé, sans pour autant être loin de tout. Magasins d'alimentation au bout de la rue, quelques bons restaus, une plage "lagon" au nord, venteuse et vagues au sud. Le site est encore assez sauvage, et nous on aime ! L'appartement est spacieux, propre, parfaitement équipé, la déco sympa. bref, parfait ! le propriétaire, Alberto a répondu à toutes nos attentes, explications la veille de notre arrivée, bons plans, serviable sans être envahissant. Pour résumer, à conseiller !

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus vom besten Vermieter in guter Lage

Fazit: wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. Der Vermieter, Alfredo, ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender Mensch, der selbst während seines eigenen Urlaubs gut erreichbar und jederzeit bereit ist sich um seine Gäste zu kümmern. Er hat bereits vor unserer Anreise dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen Grill und Grillkohle bekommen. Auch hat Alfredo uns einen Überblick und Empfehlungen für verschiedene Restaurants gegeben. Das Haus selbst ist modern eingerichtet und hat uns gut gefallen. Vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers aus kann man den Strand sehen und hervorragend die malerischen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Strand ist Fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Spazier-Minuten erreichbar und ideal zum Sonne tanken und relaxen. Im Hinterhof steht ausserdem eine Box mit viel nützlichem Strandzubehör, wie z.B. Sonnenschirme, Strandmatten und auch Kinderspielzeug. In direkter Nähe ist auch der nächste kleinere Supermarkt (HiperDino) und am Ortseingang ein größerer SuperDino, sodass man auch als Selbstversorger mit allem ausgestattet ist.

Hier stimmt alles!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt auf Fuerteventura. Alfredo, der Vermieter, hat sich unglaublich gut um uns gekümmert. Schon im Vorfeld war er sehr bemüht, dass alles stimmt und hat uns über alles Wichtige informiert. Als wir ankamen, kamen wir in ein sehr sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir uns sofort Zuhause und wohl gefühlt haben. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, was man für einen entspannten Selbstverpfleger-Urlaub braucht. Selbst ein Haarglätter und eine Box mit allerlei praktischen Strandsachen war vorhanden (vom Spielzeug bis zum Klappstuhl)! Es gefiel uns ausgesprochen gut in El Cotillo bei Alfredo und wir werden mit Sicherheit immer wieder kommen. Alles war besser, als es hätte sein können und so einen fürsorglichen, sympathischen Vermieter wie Alfredo findet man sicher schwer nochmal. Danke nochmal an dich Alfredo, dass wir in diesen eigenartigen Zeiten einen so unbeschwerten, tollen Urlaub in deinem Haus verbringen durften. Die herzlichsten Grüße aus Essen!

Absolutely wonderful

5 stars! Alfredo was a fantastic host, meeting us in person and helping with whatever we needed. The house is in the best location in El Cotillo, great access to the beach (2 min walk) and nice restaurants and cafes/bars. The house is beautiful, very bright and sunny, and well equipped with everything you possibly could need in the bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommended!!

C,est un des meilleurs endroits de vacancies, Alfredo est un hote qui essaye de plaire a ses invites. Il fait tout pour vous rendre heureux, Mais tres discretement. Vous vous sentirez 100 pourcent libre. Mais is vous avec besoin de quoique ce soit, il est la pour vous aider. La maison est tres moderne , bien equipee, balcon au soleil, magasins et bonnes restaurants tout pres, . C,est tres tres propre t tout est en bonne condition , c,est vraiment des vacances de reves. Une belle place est a 2 minutes a pieds.

Well equipped, beautifully presented property very near the sea and stunning lagoons.

We have just returned from a 4 week stay, family of 5 (kids 7, 4 & 6months). Very happy with our choice of property, the house was lovely and spotless, very good communication by Alfredo before and during our stay. Very well equipped for self catering and comfortable. The stairs are not suitable for small children, which Alfredo made sure I was aware of before booking, but as our baby I said not yet mobile it wasn't a problem. El Cotillo is a nice quiet area with lovely lagoon she perfect for the children and baby, there is a nice little harbour and plenty of places to eat and drink. A small hyperdino minimarket a minute walk away and a larger supermarket 5-10 min walk. Fabulous holiday, would recommend ;) thank you Alfredo and family for making us so welcome.

Tolles Haus, perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet

Das war ein toller Urlaub! Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. 100Meter zum Strand. 50Meter zum Supermarkt. 50Meter zur ersten Gelegenheit für Frühstück. Alfredo und seine Frau sind sehr nett und bemüht den Urlaub perfekt zu machen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll. Es fehlt Nichts. Sogar alle dt. Fernsehsender gibt es. Alles sehr sauber. Es sind insgesamt 4 Ebenen. In der untersten Ebene gibt es sogar Strandzubehör und eine Tischtennisplatte. Alfredo ist vermutlich der zuverlässigste Vermieter den es gibt. Bei An-undAbreise lief alles sehr gut organisiert ab. Ich kann das Haus bestens weiterempfehlen. Einfach super. Danke Alfredo

Super Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Casa Paradise in El Cotillo. Vielen Dank an Alfredo und seine liebe Frau, die an alles gedacht haben, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Küche und Esstisch. Aus der Küche geht es in einen kleinen Innenhof. Hier befindet sich die Waschmaschine, ein Fahrrad und ein BBQ. Nach vorne raus liegt die Terrasse. Im 1. Stock das Hauptschlafzimmer mit großem Bett, einem Balkon und ein Badezimmer. Im Souterrain gibt es noch zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und nach vorne raus einen Innenhof. Noch eine Etage tiefer geht es in den Keller. Hier gibt es Strandequipment. Wir haben noch ein Strandstühlchen gekauft und dagelassen. Außerdem ist hier der Keller mit der Tischtennisplatte. Wir haben regelmäßig vor dem Frühstück eine Runde gespielt. Das einzig Negative ist, dass zwei Wochen zu wenig waren. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. In Deutschland fiel Mitte März noch Schnee, in El Cotillo schien die Sonne. El Cotillo ist ein zauberhaftes Fischerdörfchen mit viel Charme. Hier ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Lieblingsbäcker El Goloso, die kleine Eisdiele und der Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Modern, fresh and clean.

We had a great time in El Cotillo and were very sad to say goodbye. Our stay in the villa was undisturbed. We got on with our holiday but had the option to call for guidance, if needed. We have been so busy with all the water sports activities, including the camel ride but sadly missed out on the Safari. Many thanks to Alfredo, for all the kind help, well organised and informative step by step guides provided.

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Das modern eingerichtete, sehr gepflegte Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Alfredo hat sich intensiv um uns gekümmert um unseren Urlaub perfekt zu machen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Sandstrandes der zu langen Spaziergängen einlädt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf die Berge. Auch zum netten Ortszentrum mit vielen Bars und schön gelegenen Restaurants ist es nicht weit. Wir können den Ort sowie das Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub nur empfehlen.

Just returned having spent 2 weeks in charming El Cotillo. Situated near the centre of the village and close to the beautiful beaches and lagoons, this spacious ,tastefully decorated house is exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. The wifi is very efficient too. Everything is exactly as described on the website. Alfredo is a helpful and considerate host and easy to contact if needed. La “Casa di Alfredo” è bellissima! E’ grande, pulita e completa di ogni utilità. L’arredamento curato nei particolari ci ha trasmesso la sensazione di un’abitazione amata dal suo proprietario e offerta all’amico senza limiti, con orgoglio, onestà e cordialità. Una settimana, dal 14 al 21 febbraio 2015, è stata veramente poca e ci è dispiaciuto andare via, ma per rendere omaggio ad una bella persona come Alfredo e la sua famiglia, l’ultimo giorno abbiamo speso volentieri poco tempo e energie per restituire l’alloggio bello e pulito come l’avevamo trovato. La “Casa di Alfredo” vale proprio la pena !! Elisa, Alida e Bruno

Great flat, great weather, great holiday, great se

Toller Vermieter, Alfredo hat alles im Griff, vielen Dank, er ist jederzeit erreichbar, auch abends - uns wurde um 22 Uhr eine halbe Stunde nach einer Email unsererseits noch ein Bettlaken gebracht - das Appartment ist fußläufig 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt - die Nachbarn sind etwas laut, aber das stört nicht. Alles ist top ausgerüstet und sehr neuwertig, die Kinder hatten etwas Angst vor den afrikanischen Totems, die zum Interieur gehören, die kann man aber auch für ein paar Tage in den Schrank stellen. Toller Urlaub, großes Kompliment an Alfredo! Muchas gracias! We come again!

Very clean and spacious. Great for families

We have had an amazing stay here. The house is well equipped, very clean and spacious. It is also ideally situated a couple of minutes from the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo and from some great bars and restuarants. This is was very handy for us as we have a five year old and a toddler who are not big on walking too far in the heat. Alfredo was very helpful and informative about where to go and what to see. He really helped us out if we needed a hand. We decided to write this review whilst the experience was fresh in our minds...even though we leave tomorrow! We will definitely be back next year. Why they chose this property

Buy this village because I think it is better to enjoy a nice town and the best beaches, it gives me a lot of peace and relaxation to be there, whenever I can I go with my wife and son to enjoy, is unique that I can go to the beaches in front of the villa, beach of small lakes and beach of the shell with totally calm water coves where I can swim or snorkel safely or I can go to the area of great beaches that I have to walk 8 minutes just on the other side of town where I can walk miles of beaches or surfing son.
For this and some other things a lot more to me is unparalleled, always want to have a home in this area.
