Roero House is an original 1900s house located in the centre of Magliano Alfieri, just a few steps from the town castle.

The house is entirely available to our guests: the kitchen and the cosy living room are perfect for planning your day.
The living room has three comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed.
The ground floor features two very comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate four people, with the option to add an extra bed (a single bed).
There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each floor.

Just outside the house is a comfortable outdoor area where you can have breakfast or enjoy some quiet time during the summer.

I live nearby and am fully available to assist with anything you need.

The building, dating back to the early 1900s and completely renovated while preserving its original structure, is located in the historic centre of Magliano Alfieri, just a short walk from the castle that once belonged to the noble Alfieri family of Magliano and Castagnole delle Lanze.

The house is entirely at guests’ disposal: on the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a spacious living room equipped with a double sofa bed, and a small bathroom; while the upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed (a single bed can be added to one of the two bedrooms upon request), and a second bathroom.

In the courtyard, which is also available to guests for parking, there is a small outdoor seating area—the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast during the summer or spend some time in complete tranquility.

- Check-out time by: 10:00

- Each guest must provide a valid ID (e.g., ID card/passport)

- CITY TAX. In addition to the price shown on the Airbnb website, there is a daily city tax imposed by the municipality. The tax is 1.50€ per person per day. The tax must be paid at check-in. The tax applies ONLY from April through December.
