Villa en Bon Aire Mallorca

This beautiful Villa is located in the Bonaire area. It is located very close to the Bonaire Marina. The beautiful beach of 'Mal Pas', the long and sandy beaches of Alcudia bay and the famous golf course in Aucananda are only a short drive away. The north of the island offers many attractions, apart from sandy beaches and the sea as well as a large number of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The villa has the pool area on the ground floor and on the upper part is the house with 3 bedrooms, one single and two doubles, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and the private pool ( 8x4 meters) .

The fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area with a small terrace.
Leaving the kitchen is the very bright and comfortable living room, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace. Wide doors open onto a shaded porticoed terrace.
It also has a large terrace to enjoy the outside with views of the pool.

Comfort and Service:
Public outdoor parking, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, washing machine, with bed linen and towels.


Note 1. Final cleaning costs are additional. This circumstance does not impose on the client his duty of diligence. Nothing will be deducted from the security deposit, as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In accommodations where it is possible to add an extra bed, and always subject to availability, or the cost is €15 per person per day.
Note 3. Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, or the cost is €50 at 1:00 p.m. and €90 until 4:00 p.m.
