Love this villa so much. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. Enjoying your swim in your own private pool with a glass of wine was a delightful experience. We had no issues whilst we were there but ensured we printed all the pre-arrival details which were emailed to us prior to arrival and these included driving instructions and contact numbers for the out-of-hours, an emergency number, and also the contact number for the local agent which was really reassuring. Thank you for organizing the most perfect holiday that we ever had!

All was perfect! For our family, it was a special villa with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and modern. Lovely pool, totally private. There was an outside dining area and a BBQ where we spent most of our time and really enjoy there! There were so many things that you can do. We spoiled ourselves with delicious food and fun in the sun. The owner was an excellent host. The agents were attentive. Thanks!

Lovely memory. When we arrived, we couldnt believe how accurate the property listing was. When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, smelt lovely, and was restful at night. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. Platja Es Morer Vermell is just an 8-minutes drive and there are a lot of restaurants and bars, that offer really tasty local specialties. The owner waited for us on our arrival day and he and the agents were there for everything that we need all the time which make our holiday unforgettable. Thank you very much!

We had a lovely week. The living room and the kitchen were very well-equipment and comfortable. Cozy bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable too. Both of the bathrooms were nice and large and had great showers. The outside area and the pool were magnificent. We also visited Alcudia beach while we were there and we do not have words to describe how beautiful it is. There are lots of things to see and do nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Old, Tired, Insecure and Infested with cats

Apart from the excellent pool the villa was a huge disappointment. In much worse condition than the pictures indicate the bathroom floor was made up with loose and badly regrouted tiles - dangerous to walk on and impossible to keep clean; the kitchen was very old, the fridge rusty and only the absolute minimum of utensils were provided many of which were broken. Worse still the kitchen windows were impossible to lock closed and the external shutters had no catch on one window - consequently it was impossible to secure the property when out or at night. The exterior grounds had received only the minimum of maintenance and the section around the BBQ was dirty and neglected - at no stage did we feel like using it. We arrived late at night to find no road name to indicate the location and the villa had no name plate at the gate to indicate its identity - it took an hour to eventually find it! The worst was yet to come - the place was infested by feral cats. Having threatened the local managers (SeaLand properties) with the fact that we would leave immediately because of this infestation a team did arrive and removed most of the. Unfortunately, despite more than one reminder, the last two were still there when we left. Overall the villa was clearly old, tired and unloved and had received only the bare minimum of maintenance and decoration for years. There were large unfilled cracks in walls and ceilings in many of the rooms. I am genuinely surprised that you are prepared to list a property in this dire state on your website and on the basis of this experience will never use VRBO again.
