Casa Blanca is a 4-bedroom villa for 6 people with 2 bathrooms, free WiFi and 200 meters from Alcudia Beach.



The best thing about the villa is the privileged location, just 50 meters from Lake Esperanza and 200 meters from Puerto de Alcudia Beach, the longest sandy beach in all of Mallorca and very close to the area of ​​shops, restaurants and bars.



Outside, the villa has pretty patios perfect for sunbathing. A large open-air dining room in the shade, ideal both for enjoying breakfasts and al fresco barbecues.



Casa Blanca is a single-storey villa that has been completely renovated in 2019. The entrance of the house leads you to a cozy living room where there are sofas, the dining room and the TV area. A few meters away is the fully equipped kitchen.



The villa has 4 rooms in total: 1 room with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 2 rooms with a single bed in each, for a total of 6 people. There are 2 large family bathrooms with showers.



All rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.).



This is a perfect villa for all those guests looking for a relaxing holiday without having to depend on a car with a swimming pool and next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca.
