Pool, lawn, 6 chairs, BBQ, 3 terraces, outside lounge, satellite TV, WiFi, additional outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 children's room. Absolutely children's friendly; cots and chairs, even strollers and car seats available. Solid wimming pool fance available (installed on request). This private home is well divided and luxuriously furnished.

Wonderful week in a beautiful villa

We had a wonderful week in this lovely villa on the outskirts of town. The villa itself was spacious and well equipped. The pool was really lovely and the hosts very kindly put a fence up around the pool for safety with two toddlers. Under an hour from the airport and close to some beautiful old towns. A great base for a real mix of relaxation and sight-seeing. Corinna was super helpful, easily contactable and made our arrival very easy. Thank you for such a relaxing time!

We purposely didn’t want to stay in a modern square concert block so this lovely typical Spain villa ticked our boxes. Verandahs on 3 sides and 3 different areas of seating at tables and chairs there was always a pleasant outlook. Loungers in the garden too available. The pool was a plus but could have been a bit cleaner - my husband took on cleaning the bottom each morning which did help. My father of 97 was with us for the week and he throughly enjoyed his stay using the ground floor bedroom and ensuite. We noticed a building site across the road on one side of the property with a large crane. But it was very quiet even though work was going on.

Great home, good location

House served our 2 families well (3 in each family, older teenager in each family). Good location - 10-15 mins walk to grocery store, 15-20 mins walk to beach/stores/attractions. Can Picafort is a tourist town. We did not rent a car while there but wish we had so that we could have explored other areas more easily w/o additional taxi fees. On-site host was helpful. House was clean, meal prep at the house well served by a good kitchen, nice to have laundry on-site. The pool was a nice respite from the sun and beach crowds. Need to pay cleaning costs (in addition to advertised fees) at time of arrival - unexpected but informed of after booking rental. Overall a good experience, would stay at this location again.

Disappointing Stay with Privacy Concerns

The house itself was nice, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our cleanliness standards. While it was equipped with a lot of useful items like cookware, floaties, and plenty of cutlery and plates, there were several issues that detracted from our experience. The towels had an unpleasant smell, all the toilets had black stains, and the blankets provided were small and flimsy. What was most concerning, however, was the property manager's behavior. While my family and I were cooking and chatting, he entered the property unannounced, without knocking, and just opened the door. This felt very weird and invasive. He then demanded 300 euros for a cleaning fee, which I questioned. After contacting VRBO, I was assured that no such charges should be made. Despite this, I was asked again about the payment at checkout today. Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially due to the lack of privacy and the unwarranted demand for additional payment.

Nice place to stay....

We had a fantastic holiday in Can Picafort. The house are placed, with 400 m. to the nearest supermarket, approx. 1000 m. to the beach and town. The house are really nice, with nice bedrooms (4) with aircon, and we needed the aircon ;-). The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean, thank you. We had some issue with smell from the drain/sewer in the master bedroom, something is wrong, it was a really bad smell. But we had the garage door open and that help with the smelling. It is the first time, the pictures do not match reality; 1; Lounge area - furniture's not as fine as in picture and curtains (were missing) 2: The outdoor shower, were almost incompetent. We did rent the house for 14 days, and the pool guy did not clean it, in the 14 days. The pool was dirty in the second week and missing water/chlorine. Just an issue for us, as in the house rules it was not aloud to barbecue from June to September, so vi missed an alternative as a electric grill/gas grill. It would match great in the lovely outdoor dinning area. And we love to barbecue, so we really missed it. But in the end after 14 days, we must say - we had a lovely time at the house, but small things to change and it would have been perfect. Thanks Peter - a really nice house you have.

Wir haben hier eine tolle Ferienwoche verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass Kinder und Hund sich ganz frei auf dem kompletten Grundstück bewegen konnten. Das Haus ist nicht weit vom Strand und es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Haus/-schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert und der Verwalter bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Alles in allem also Top!

Mein Mann und ich waren mit Tochter, Schwiegersohn und Enkelin (1 Jahr) da. Dafür ist das Haus perfekt. Die junge Familie hatte oben ihren eigenen Bereich. Zum Treppenhaus gab es eine Tür, so dass für die Enkelin keine Gefahr bestand. Im EG gab es ein weiteres SZ mit angrenzenden Bad. Damit hatten mein Mann und ich auch unsere Privatsphäre. Besonders angenehm und entspannend war es aufgrund der Poolumrandung. Keine Gefahr für‘s Kleinkind.

Tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer und viel Platz. Uns haben die drei verschiedenen Terrassen am meisten begeistert. Der Pool war nicht ganz sauber, wurde aber auf Anforderung umgehend vom Verwalter gereinigt.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön und soweit war alles in Ordnung. Aufgrund der aktuellen Hitzewelle war ein grillen mit Kohle nicht möglich, hier gab es zwar die Alternative „Elektrogrill“ nur ist dieser etwas zu schwach.Was wir uns wünschen würden ist eine Pool Reinigung bei einem 7 Tage Aufenthalt.

Wir waren im August 25 in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen wie außen. Der Pool sauber und schön groß zum Baden. Es ist alles da ,um einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Vielen Dank .

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus – besonders für Familien. Großzügige Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten und ein wunderbarer Pool; der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war jederzeit angenehm und hilfsbereit. Frische Zitronen direkt vom Baum sind ein Highlight. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet und bei Bedarf gibt es eine Poolumzäunung. Zum Strand kann man in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß gehen; mit viel Gepäck oder kleinen Kindern empfiehlt sich das (sehr kurze) Autofahren. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlagen, dank Mückengittern lässt sich aber auch nachts ohne Klima gut lüften. Zahlreiche Terrassen ermöglichen es, der Sonne zu folgen oder ihr auszuweichen. Unsere Kinder hatten vor dem Aufenthalt Angst vorm Tauchen und waren ab Tag drei mehr unter als über Wasser. Die Außenküche und das BBQ sind großartig. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: gelegentlich war ein leichter Kanalgeruch aus den beiden Bädern im Erdgeschoss wahrnehmbar – ließ sich aber weglüften.

Familienzeit im Traumhaus

Wir haben eine Woche im „Traumhaus“ mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind verbracht und sehr genossen. Das Haus hat viel Charme, der Garten ist gepflegt und der Pool ist eine Wucht!Unserem Wunsch nach Kinderabsicherung am Pool und einem Kinderbett und -stuhl wurde entsprochen. Lediglich die Kindersicherheit im Haus ( zB Steckdosen) könnte noch verbessert werden.Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Achim war zuverlässig, nett und entspannt.Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt, für uns als Familienzeit super geeignet. Allerdings ist es nicht ganz günstig, insbesondere die Endreinigung sieht man beim Preisvergleich erst auf den 2.Blick.

Traumhaftes Haus im spanischem Stil

Das Haus verfügt unten über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Wohn, Essbereich und Küche.Unten befindet sich weiterhin ein Gäste WC und ein Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Badezimer.In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer ohne Balkon und zwei Doppelzimmer mit je einem Balkon und einem gemeinsamen Badezimmer.Das Haus verfügt über 3 Terrassen.Vom Wohnbereich die überdachte Terrasse zum Pool mit schönen Gartensofas.Zur Küche befindet sich die 2.Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und gemütlichen Gartensesseln.Auf der 3.Terrasse befindet sich ein weiterer Tisch und der Holzkohleoutdoorgrill.Auch gibt es auf dem Rasen mehrere Liegen zum Sonnen und eine Aussendusche.Das ganze Haus ist ringsherum gut eingezäunt, sodass unser kleiner Hund nicht herauslaufen konnte.Die Beiden Ansprechpartner(Corinna &Joachim) konnten wir über whats app schnell erreichen und die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat super geklappt.Wir 6 Verstärkung ( Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Traumhaus in Can Picafort

Ein wirklich tolles Haus auf Mallorca. Pool, Garten und Außenküche waren der Hammer. Kommunikation und Hilfe vor Ort war einwandfrei. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Spielsachen und Pool Equipment vorhanden und alles was man braucht. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten ums Haus, ruhig gelegen aber dennoch ist man in zehn Minuten in der Stadt und am Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schöne Finca

Sehr schöne Finca mit allem was man braucht! Wir waren zu 5. und hatten genug Platz! Mehr als 6 Personen sollten es aber nicht sein, weil die Ausstattung dafür nicht vorhanden ist. Sehr unkompliziert alles! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen :-)

Es war sehr schön im Haus , jedoch bedarf es einiger Reparaturarbeiten. Beim Benutzen des Herdes müsste ein Helm bereit gestellt werden, da man sich an der Dunstabzugshaube jedesmal den Kopf verletzt

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub

Wir waren dieses Jahr das 2te mal schon in der Traumvilla in Can Picafort. Würde es jedem empfehlen. Wir haben uns wieder total wohl gefühlt. Ganz tolle Betreuung durch den Besitzer des Hauses sowie vor Ort. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.
