It is a perfect property to relax and unwind, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and bougainvillea. It has a large porch to enjoy the warm summer evenings, watching the stars. The kitchen is fully furnished. 4 large bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom, a kitchen and a large dining table for 20 people, sofas and fireplace. The porch has large table with 8 chairs, pool and barbecue. The pool is surrounded 8 sunbeds and 4 parasols. Three bedrooms have air conditioning / heating and all have closets and are exterior.
The house has internet connection - WIFI.
The farm is surrounded by olive, almond, orange, lemon and bumgavilias, perfect for walking, hiking, or biking relax as it is situated near the cycling routes location.

Idyllic villa and fantastic host

The villa was perfect for our family holiday (3 young children). It was immaculately clean and wonderfully presented with lots of little added touches that made us feel right at home immediately. Eva was the best hostess, always at hand to help and ensured we had the most relaxing family time. The pool and outside dining / bbq area was fantastic and we were able to entertain our other friends staying nearby in Can Picafort, too. Peaceful, beautiful and idyllic setting. You would struggle to find a better villa or better host - A real gem! Thank you

Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in dieser traumhaften Finca verbringen zu dürfen – und wir sind noch immer ganz verzaubert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der wunderschönen Umgebung begrüßt: ein gepflegter Garten, der Duft mediterraner Pflanzen, absolute Ruhe und eine Atmosphäre, die sofort Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen lässt.Das Haus selbst ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Alles war blitzsauber, bis ins Detail durchdacht und mit kleinen Extras ausgestattet, die unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, war ein Highlight für uns. Abends konnten wir bei Sonnenuntergang den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen – einfach unvergesslich.Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Eva, unserer Gastgeberin. Sie war von Anfang an unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht – man spürt, wie viel Herzblut sie in diese Finca steckt.Wir fahren mit wunderbaren Erinnerungen nach Hause und können diesen Ort jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Ruhe und Natur sucht.Danke, liebe Eva, von Herzen für alles – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Evas Bungalow

Check in ging problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Das Haus war sauber und so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Pool ist groß und nicht zu flach, sodass man auch mal eine Bahn ziehen konnte. Ohne einen Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft etwas zu abgeschottet. Für uns war es genau das richtige, da es sehr ruhig und kaum Häuser in der Umgebung gab. Zusammengefasst war es ein super Urlaub für uns.

Authentisches mallorquinisches Ferienhaus mit viel CharmeWir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus auf Mallorca rundum genossen! Das Haus ist traditionell eingerichtet und versprüht einen ganz besonderen, landestypischen Flair – genau das, was wir uns für einen erholsamen Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus gewünscht haben.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders schön war der Außenbereich mit dem gepflegten Garten, einer schattigen Terrasse und einem tollen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen.Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ob Strand, Wandern oder einfach nur die Natur genießen – alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.Ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die Mallorca authentisch erleben wollen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohlfühlen bei Eva

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Finca. Wurden begrüßt mit Obst und div. Getränken. Das hatten wir so noch nie. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht in Ordnung. Am gleichen Tag hat uns Eva eine Neue vorbei gebracht. Die Verst. über WhatsApp war super.

Sehr schöne Finca, nette Besitzer. Leider war der Pool sehr oft dreckig (hat allerdings auch viel geregnet). Die Filteranlage war gefühlt nicht so viel an. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Der Kontakt war sehr einfach über WhatsApp und es wurde bei fragen direkt geantwortet. Würden wiederkommen.

A lovely relaxing long awaited holiday

We originally booked for 2020 so it was really lovely to finally get to Mallorca and stay at Santa margalida. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. The weather was perfect so we spent most of our time outside which is well thought out. The pole was perfect as was the eating area where w had all our meals. An outside light near the bbq would make it easier to use as well. Eva was a wonderful host who could not do more to help. We had issues with our hire car when we arrived in Palma and Eva was kind enough to take us to a local company the next day. A car is a must from the villas location to get exploring the local area. Eva was always available if we had questions or queries about anything. A very kind and thoughtful lady. Thank you for welcoming us and being so patient over the last few years.

Idyllic property away from the hustle and bustle

We loved staying in this large farmhouse style villa 5 minutes drive from C'an Picafort. We will definately be back, if Eva will have us :) HOST: Eva and her daughter are wonderful kind approachable hosts, where nothing was too much bother. Eva sent us little messages about various markets and things going on in the local area. Eva also left us a good stock of basic food for the first couple of days (Fresh fruit, milk, water, bread, eggs etc.) which was so helpful as we arrived late at night. PROPERTY: We were 2 Adults and 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room in this large 4 bed 3 bath house. Good sized living and Kitchen area with lots of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Large outside space with a BBQ and plenty of seating. The table at the front of the property under the bouganvillea is lovely to use in the late evening as it's cooler. Kitchen and bathrooms spotlessly clean. Great shower pressure. POOL: The pool area is devine, especially if you've been out to the markets or the hot and busy areas of C'an Picafort or Alcudia. You get back and it's pure peace and quiet, set in the middle of olive groves. The sparkling clean pool is salt water which is great for those not keen on Chlorine. We swam all day and late at night, just lovely. SURROUNDING AREA Mercadona is probably the best local supermarket for food and drink options. We enjoyed shopping at Consell flea market (Like a very large car boot) Muro market and Sineu animal market. The kids liked the waterpark in Alcudia, but from previous experience, it's worth the extra 20 minute drive to Aqualand in Palma if you want slightly less queuing and more rides. GETTING ABOUT You will definately need a car, there are no pavements on the roads between the villa and the town so although it would only be a 30 min walk it might be a bit hair-raising. We used a company called Go Cars which were pretty reasonable and we had no issues. All in all we had a lovely stay in Eva's beautiful spanish home ...it just went too fast :)

Super Finca

Obwohl wir erst spät Abends angekommen sind, wurde wir liebevoll empfangen. Eva war zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen, sie gab uns einen guten Tipp, wo wir reiten konnten.( eine Stunde kostet 25€ ) Die Finca liegt in ruhiger Lage und ist dennoch ideal zum Strand sowie zum Eunkaufen die nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt sind. Wir hatten unseren Urlaub als Familie bei Eva sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen wo wir sehr viel Zeit verbrachten. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Eva.
