Ca na Rossa is an elegant country house located in the totally unspoiled Campanet valley. The house is set in mature well-maintained gardens with a large swimming pool, and is surrounded on three sides by terraces and lofty pines that provide shade over the BBQ area. The house has a covered terrace with a large table to enjoy the views of the garden and the fresh air that is appreciated on very hot days and another open terrace with another table for breakfast or dinner outdoors overlooking the mountains, the front terrace with a pergola to enjoy a reading, a drink, or relax.Near charming villages, Pollensa, Alcudia, with its beaches of fine sand and crystal clear water, just 20/30 minutes.
Enjoy a quiet stay between nature, the pool and the barbecue and whenever you want enjoy everything else that is very close.

Beautiful and quiet villa

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday in this beautiful villa. The garden and pool are delightful and exactly as shown in the photos. The wrap around terrace is great for daytime lunches and there is a pleasant breeze even during the warmest days. Sa Pobla is a 5-7 minute drive so you will need a car to access supermarkets and restaurants. Pollensa is a short drive and there are plenty of local villages to enjoy. Cati was a great host. She welcomed us and kept us informed if anyone needed access to the grounds for gardening/pool work. It is a very peaceful location - all you can hear in the evenings are the bells of the goats and the peacocks! I would highly recommend this villa and we are definitely planning to return soon.

Perfect for a family holiday

I have stayed several times at various houses in the beautiful valley where this villa is situated and it is really is a spectacular location, with rolling hills one side and dramatic mountains the other. And although it’s very quiet and peaceful, it’s still close to Campanet and only a short distance from Sa Pobla, where the two main supermarkets are - Lidl and Eroski. Pollença, Puerto Pollença and various beaches are also only a short drive away. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you'll need for a great holiday and the pool and gardens are delightful. The owner, Cati, is extremely helpful and responded immediately to any requested we had - before, after, and during the whole of our stay. My only suggestion to improve things, would be the addition of several more parasols by the pool. One is simply not enough for a whole family during very hot waether, especially when the only one provided is fixed permanently in an already shady corner. NOTE: Beach towels are not supplied, so you’ll need to bring your own or buy them there, as we had to do.

Fremragende Finca.Alt var som beskrevet i tekst og på billeder - faktisk endnu bedre.En uge hvor 3 generationer var samlet udgjorde denne Finca en fantastisk ramme. Man kan være sammen alle 8 rundt om det udendørs spisebord i skyggen, eller man kan kan gå hver til sit og sidde i solen eller i skyggen på en af de 3 terrasser efter behov. Haven rundt om huset er en oase, Den fantastiske pool udgør endnu et højdepunkt. Her blev der brugt mange timer, med afkøling og svømmeøvelser for de små i familien. Værtinden Cati er meget hjælpsom, og svarer hurtigt og løser alle problemer.Et rent 10 tal. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Superschöne Auszeit

Eine sehr schöne finca! Viel grün, super gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Schön ländlich und viele Tiere die zu Besuch kamen :) Hier kann man super abschalten. Die finca liegt aber etwas abgelegen, hat uns persönlich nicht gestört. Sollte man aber wissen, ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall. Wir kamen erst spät in der Nacht an nach leider 4Stunden flugverspätung und cati ließ uns als kleine Aufmerksamkeit eine Flasche Wein und Snacks zur Begrüßung da. Die Schlüssel waren einfach zugänglich, indem sie in einer Schlüsselbox aufbewahrt wurden und der Check in somit selbstständig erfolgen konnte. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort gelöst und die Kommunikation war über sms reibungslos und schnell. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank liebe cati für so viel Gastfreundschaft!

Super tolle Finca in traumhafter Umgebung

Diese Finca in den Bergen nahe Pollenca bietet alles was man für Ferien benötigt. Tolle Lage, grosser Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung, grosse Finca mit vielen hübsch eingerichteten Zimmern, grosszügige Küche und heimelige Veranda. Ferien der spziellen Art wenn man die Ruhe mag und sich erholen will. Pollenca und Alcudia sind trotzdem rasch erreichbar und auch das Dorf Campanet ist nur ca 5 Autominuten entfernt. Die Finca war in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber, der Garten gepflegt und der Pool sehr sauber. Wirklich nur zu Empfehlen.

Traumhafte Finca auf dem Land

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Nächte in dieser außergewöhnlichen Finca. Uns hat der Poolbereich sehr gut gefallen und die Sauberkeit des gesamten Anwesens. Die Lage ist auch traumhaft da es mit toller Auushct auf die Berge ist und viele große Bäume an dem Grundstück stehen. Klimaanlage,Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren auch gut. Offene Fragen oder kleine Problemchen wurden ungehend beantwortet und gelöst. Auch der Kontakt zu Cati war sehr nett die wir hiermit ganz lieb grüßen wollen. Für uns die Ruhe haben wollten war es super auf dem Land mit schönen Aussichten. Es waren immer 5 Katzten auf dem Grundstück und natürlich Geckos. Ein Pfau hat uns auch noch besucht. Wir vergeben die volle Punktzahl für diesen Aufenthalt. Nochmalls Vielen Dank

Vidunderlig ferie i det dejligste hus

Vi er netop kommet hjem efter en fantastisk ferie. Vi var 2 forældre, 2 børn på 9 og 14 år og 2 bedsteforældre. Ca Na Rossa kan varmt anbefales. Cati var sød og hjælpsom både før vores ferie og undervejs. Ved vores ankomst blev vi budt velkommen med både vin, vand og snacks ❤️ Grunden er naturskøn med masser af skyggefulde opholdsrum i det fri. Poolen bragte en masse sjov (det er måske værd at nævne, at den er dyb og derfor ikke så egnet til små børn). Der er bad og toilet lige ved poolen, så man ikke behøver gå indenfor. Vi nød selskab af en smuk påfugl, der holdte til omkring boligen. Villaen er stor og rummelig. Der er eget bad/toilet til alle de 4 dobbeltværelser. Luksus! Stue og køkken er fin og funktionelt - men det var ikke meget tid vi tilbragte indenfor. Alle måltider blev spist udendørs i det dejlige klima. Vær opmærksom på at affald ikke afhentes ved grunden. Den skal man selv skaffe sig af med i de lokale skraldespande rundt omkring. Vi oplevede at køre en del rundt for at lede efter disse steder. Vi har kun godt at sige om Cati og dette udlejningshus. Skønt sted! Vi kommer gerne igen 😎☀️💦 Anitta, Danmark

Very nice host and beautiful house!

Cati was an awesome host and helped us with a lot of things including a dolphin tour which I would highly recommend! We will be back at one point and are looking forward for our next stay! The house is very nice but the outside area is just incredible!! We sometimes didn’t had the need to go anywhere else but the garden and the pool.

Stunning Peaceful Retreat

We've just spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Ca na Rossa. It's a beautiful, well equipped country house. The inside is spacious with 4 quirky ensuite bedrooms and a kitchen you will find very well stocked with everything you need....but it is the outside you come for. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously tended with mountain views, there are 3 terraces with ample seating to find shade or sun as you wish, the pool is large, a resident peacock shows up every day and all you hear is the sound of birds and bells on goats. The home is not in the thick of things; it is 10 minutes off the motorway on narrow country lanes so requires planning when you want to go out. But having said that it is only 20-25 minutes drive from multiple tourist towns, beaches, hikes etc. And my husband found the varied daily cycle routes from here fantastic. It is a place to really unwind and relax. Communications with Cati were always smooth and fast. When we arrived there was a bottle of local wine, fruits and biscuits which were very welcome. My only small suggestion....as we arrived late evening and couldn't get to a supermarket until the next morning a bottle of drinking water as well as a few small kitchen basics like paper towels and dishwashing liquid would have been helpful until we could pick them up ourselves. We would love to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. It is a beautiful retreat.

Relaxing break in a lovely property

We have just returned from a lovely two-week stay at this amazing villa. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The pool is a great size and was enjoyed by all. Plenty of room for all the inflatables we'd bought at the supermarket! The villa itself was large enough to easily accommodate all 8 of us. All rooms being en-suite was definitely a bonus. We didn't really use the living room as we spent most of the time outside. The outside area is where the villa really excels. There is a large outside table where we spent most of our mealtimes. There are multiple terraces for each time of the day and also a separate BBQ area down by the pool. The owner, Cati, was there to greet us when we arrived and was always just a call away to help with any questions that we had. The towels were regularly refreshed and the pool serviced. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Rural and relaxing

What a lovely setting. The house and garden were beautifully cared for and Cati was a very helpful host. Directions were brilliant. We loved all the terraces both under cover and in the sun and the spotless pool which could be lit at night. If we really needed good internet which was a bit sporadic on site, we went to the Caves cafe nearby which had glorious views. Can thoroughly recommend. Thank you Cati.

Schönes, geräumiges Haus, toller Garten, Lage perfekt für Radler

Das Haus liegt nahe an den Bergen, ideal zum sportlichen Radfahren. Toller, wunderschön angelegter Garten, in dem ab und zu Pfaue zu Besuch sind. Große Terrassen mit und ohne Überdachung, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Wir hatten trotz des schlechten Wetters einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Unserer Bitte nach einem elektrischen Heizkörper für die Küche wurde sehr schnell nachgekommen, so dass wir nicht frieren mussten.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene in dieser Finca und wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist grosszügig und sehr gepflegt. Es hat auch in der Küche an nichts gefehlt, sehr gut ausgestattet...innerhalb der 12 Tage an denen wir dort gewohnt haben wurden die Handtücher 2x gewechselt und Bettwäsche war auch doppelt vorhanden.

Tolles Landhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen (6 Erwachsene und ein Kind) und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Das Haus ist super gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Pool ist grandios und die Außenanlage lädt zum Verweilen ein! Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen! Wir wurden mit Obst, Wasser und Wein empfangen. Der Service generell war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend.

Large well appointed villa with lots of room

Nicely located for our cycling holiday on the infamous Cami de na Pontons aka "The Caves Road" from Pollenca to Campanet. The villa has lots of room with every bedroom having an en-suite bathroom which is a real bonus. The kitchen is spacious as is the living room and there is plenty of space (and tables and chairs) outdoors for al-fresco living if so desired. There is Internet access with wifi, although a little flaky on occasion (weather dependant) but otherwise adequate. Cati was very communicative and helpful in sorting out a few niggles when we arrived and it is nice to know there is help at hand if needed. We would happily return there again. Our thanks to Cati and her family for a very enjoyable stay.

Ownership of Ca na Rossa has passed through several generations of the same family and currently rests with Francisca his daughter, Cati and his brother Jaime, their grandchildren, Cati (who speaks English). I always available by phone or the internet to help clients to find an ideal holiday.

Why they chose this property

The family have lived in, or near, Campanet for more than a century, and approximately 80 years ago one branch moved into a finca in the Campanet Valley close to the hamlet of Fangar. 65 years later they built a larger finca, on an elevated part of their land commanding beautiful views of the valley and the Tramuntana Mountains. The finca became known locally as Ca na Rossa, which (in Mallorqian) means ‘the house of the blonde lady’. This referred to the owner, Margarita the grandmother of Cati and Jaime, who still makes daily visits to Ca na Rossa to collect eggs. The chosen site was therefore based on the love of the locality and with easy access to the small town of Campanet, which has maintained the traditional Mallorca lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

Likewise Ca na Rossa is ideally situated for anyone seeking to relax in a traditional and well equipped house located in a beautiful unspoilt setting. Campanet has a central square around which are several bars, bakeries that sell home made bread, and small supermarkets that sell fresh (locally grown) meat, fruit and vegetables. Sitting in the square with ‘a café con leche’ is an option that becomes a habit. The area is also very popular with walkers and cyclists. The ‘old road’ from Campanet to Pollensa is part of a well known cycle route; the section passing close to Ca na Rossa is the final gentle ride before the unforgiving climb to the monastery at Lluc! Ca na Rossa is close to several fine beaches, two golf courses and also near the popular town of Pollensa.
