Enjoy a typical Mallorcan stone house recently renovated, with wonderful views. It is located in the heart of the wonderful landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The tranquility of the environment and its location make it perfect to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Ideal for hikers, since just 10 minutes from the house there are numerous excursion departure points.

The house is surrounded by more than 18000m2 of pine and oak forest. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, a large porch with oven and barbecue and a large terrace from which you can see the entire Soller Valley, its port and wonderful sunsets .

Great week stay

Traditional furnished spacious house with amazing views and lots of space. The spaces are bigger than expected from the pictures and the views are even better. Thanks for the local tips Regina and we enjoyed our week stay!

Idyllic spot

Amazing Views

I loved the vibe of this place, it’s a beautiful old home but renovated with modern amenities. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice, you could just sit and stare at the mountains and the sea for hours. The pool was perfect for a dip and cooling off. This house really was what we wanted, it was rustic yet comfortable. The property was very private and there were hiking trails right at the end of the drive. Regina was also very kind and helpful. Really hope to come back some day.

Your own private mirador

Totally private house with incredible views down the mountains, over Port de Soller and to the horizon for gorgeous sunsets. Incredibly well-equipped for a self-catering holiday and with good supermarkets just 15 minutes drive down the hill in Soller. Walks into the hills or down into the valley of Fornalutx are literally on your doorstep. Pool is suitable for a refreshing, cold dip rather than a swim (although a child might manage a few strokes). The one drawback - for summer - is that air con is only in living area and one of the 4 bedrooms. Otherwise, and when not so hot, a brilliant holiday home.

Nice view, but the property is not maintained.

House: - 4 bedrooms: 2 with correct mattress, 2 with old mattress. 1 room has during all the night noise from the watter pump - kitchen: dishwasher outside and with mold - watter: during our stay we had 3 times no watter and had to go outside to restart a pump Terrace: - sunbeds are old and not comfortable - no lounge set - swimmingpool watter was dirty when we arrived, after a complain they putted chloor in a salted swimmingpool - view is amazing

Dear Adrian, thank you for your comment. About the pool: I already told you that the night before your arrival it rained mud... and the water was cloudy. You asked us to stop the cleaning motor because the noise bothered you. Everything takes time to mend but you seemed impatient so we used a little chloor. We already have the part to change in the water motor. Sometimes things break and we try to fix them as quickly as possible. As for the rest, we will check everything and try to fix it. Have a nice summer.

Secret hideaway far from any other tourists

From the first contact with Regina, the owners of this property were really helpful. It all sounds quite furtive to meet at the petrol station to drive in convoy to the house the first time but it would have been quite difficult without the 'escort'. The house is off a mountain road (not too far) and down a short unmade lane. A breathtaking view awaits you. It's quiet and peaceful yet Soller is only about 15 minutes away. The house is comfortable with air conditioning, working wifi (we have a teenage daughter) and great for relaxing. A car is essential. The pool is small but great to keep cool. We couldn't fault the comfort, a great base for touring the mountain villages and towns. The photos don't do it justice, it was much bigger then we realised with good outdoor space. Loved it!

Ein urgemütlich-rustikales Ambiente. Eine absolut tadellose Sauberkeit mit toller Bettwäsche. Eine fantastische Küchen- und Grillausstattung - soviel selber gekocht habe ich schon lange nicht mehr. Wunderschön!!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit absolut perfekter Aussicht über Soller und Port Soller. Es liegt sehr einsam und ruhig am Ende eines Privatweges. Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto. Wanderungen sind direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Ein nettes Lokal (Ses Barques) mit toller Aussicht ist fussläufig in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder.
