Finca Ca'n Calona, is a special place to relax and enjoy the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana and the beautiful sunsets.
You can also enjoy swimming in the private saltwater pool, chlorine free, with its dimensions of 8mx4m.
On the solarium terrace you can rest on the outdoor bed and sunbathe on the sun loungers.
The house is located in a fully fenced 7000m2 farm where children can play freely.
The farm is away from urban noise, but very close to the towns of Caimari and Selva, 1 km away. There are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and good restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner.
It is a typical Mallorcan house, made of stone, renovated and decorated with charm and has everything you need to make your stay perfect:

Tolle Lage

Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge ist wirklich ideal, die Aussicht sehr idyllisch. Hundegebell in der Nacht und das Krähen von Hähnen gehören zur Lage auf dem Land dazu. Kommunikation und Check-In/-Out waren völlig unproblematisch. Wir konnten die Zeit genießen. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafte Finca

Man kann es kurz zusammenfassen: eine traumhafte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca. Ländlich gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick (v.a. bei Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang) auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Perfekter Standort um schnell in alle Winkel der Insel zu kommen. Das Haus sowie dessen Einrichtung sind sehr gut gepflegt und gut ausgerüstet (Küchengeräte, Geschirr, ...). Wöchentliche Reinigung und Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Sehr unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Finca Ca'n Calona jederzeit wieder buchen!

A perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most relaxing stay at Ca’n Calona. It was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The surroundings were perfect for a peaceful stay and we loved listening to the goats next door whilst enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook our meals in - we were too reluctant to leave the most perfect view to venture out!! We did our “big shop” in Inca and then picked up our “bits” in Caimari or Selva - everything was easily accessible with the hire car. Cristina and Toni were fabulous hosts. The storm that hit on our first day caused a little problem with the electrics, but Toni arrived with the electrician within an hour. They ensured the problem was fixed and made sure they checked everything was ok in the days after. They couldn’t have been more helpful and we were so grateful. In summary, if you’re looking for total relaxation in the most beautiful surroundings - this is the place for you!

Tolle Finca

Die Finca mit Pool war für uns eine super Unterkunft mit allem Komfort den man sich wünscht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auto ist aber erforderlich. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

A lovely quiet 2 weeks

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at the property. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, this would be ideal. Yet it’s well located to get pretty much anywhere on the island with a car.

traumhafte Finca

Die Finca von Cristina und Toni ist einfach wunderschön. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche unheimlich genossen. Die Finca ist genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles ist sehr sauber und traditionell modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war perfekt sauber. Die anfänglichen Bedenken wegen des Salzwasserpools sind beim ersten Tauchgang verflogen, der Salzgehalt ist so gering, absolut auch für Kinder geeignet. Das Grundstück mit seinen 7000 Quadratmeter ist so groß, dass man absolut unbeobachtet und für sich allein ist. Wer Ruhe und eine gut ausgestattete Finca sucht hat hier das perfekte Objekt.

Traumhafter Ort

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Finca ist sehr schön mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Die Bilder sind schon toll, aber die Realität ist wirklich ein Traum und wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man erreicht die meisten Orte der Insel in einer vernünftigen Zeit. Toni und Christina sind sehr nett und reagieren per WhatsApp in kürzester Zeit.

Lovely Place

We spent a wonderful week at Tonis House. The pool is a great for swimming, the isolated area and lovely view on Selva very relaxing and quiet (if you don't count all the animal noices around!) and the house sufficiently supplied with all you need. The correspondence with Toni and his family was very friendly and they always replied within a short time if you had a question. Thank you very much!

Traumhaft schön !!

Was für ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde, das Christina und Toni hier geschaffen haben! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Villa am Fuße des Tramuntana Gebirges. Der Ausblick ist grandios, das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet… es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Great house with a stunning view

We had a great week in this beautifully situated country house. Everything was taken care of, we got the directions from the airport to the house one week before arrival. House was easy to find by means of coordinates. Got good instructions how to enter the property and house. Nice pool although the wetter was not good enough in our week to use it a lot.

EINZIGARTIG!!

Vorweg muss ich erwähnen, das ich Fincaerprobt bin. Mit über 30 Besuchen auf Mallorca kenne ich mich gut aus!! Selva ist eine wunderbare schöne Ecke, die Finca liegt ruhig,aber nicht weit weg, von Geschäften und Restaurants. Kommen wir zur Finca: der Check in klappte problemlos, der Drücker für das tor war im kästchen mit code. Ebenso für die Haustür. Die Finca hatte alles: Schirme und strandtücher, pooltücher und sehr schön auch . der Willkommensgruß, Wein, Wasser, und olivenöl. Alles war sauber, nach einer Woche wurde durchgereinigt mit bettwäschewechsel. Die Finca ist entzückend. Hier wurde Wert auf Tradition und Moderne gelegt. Überall findet man liebenswerte Kleinigkeiten, die die Handschrift des Hausbesitzers tragen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war unglaublich schnell. Per WhatsApp war sie immer erreichbar. Auch die Reinigungskraft zu erwähnen, die alles tip top gemacht hat.!! Eine tolle Finca, die ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen werde!

Dreamy location and beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Wunderbare Zeit

Die Finca war super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Sogar Strand- und Pooltücher waren da und eine Begrüßung mit Willkommenskleinigkeiten, Toni und Cristina haben uns mit allem versorgt. Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit dem Pool und in dem Haus in einer schönen Region von Mallorca.

Lovely finca in the countryside

Had a great week at C’an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Wunderschöne Finca im ruhigen Hinterland des Tramuntana Gebiets

In der Finca fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Besitzer haben sie mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bilderbücher, Gesellschaftsspiele, ein Spielhaus für Kinder und natürlich der Salzwasser-Pool machen die Finca super familienfreundlich. Es gibt drinnen und draußen verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten in Sonne oder Schatten, sodass man je nach Temperatur immer das richtige Plätzchen findet. Bei Fragen haben uns die Besitzer jederzeit schnellstmöglich weitergeholfen. Wir waren einen Monat dort und haben es sehr genossen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen…

Charming property in stunning location

Lovely old farmhouse which has been thoughtfully renovated retaining lots of original features. Rare to find this kind of property in Majorca. Fantastic outdoor space with stunning mountain backdrop. Toni was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Not a criticism, but just be aware that the villa is quite remote so a car is a necessity. Also being an old farmhouse with small windows it can be quite dark in autumn when days a shorter. Overall a lovely villa in a stunning location

Besser geht nicht !!!

Wunderschöne Finca, eingerichtet mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail, bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Selbst Fahrräder mit Schlössern, Helmen und Luftpumpe standen zur Verfügung. Das Allerbeste aber, der Traumblick auf das Dörfchen Caimari und das Tramuntana-Gebirge und der super nette Vermieter, Toni, der sich um alles mit viel Herzblut gekümmert hat. Authentische Finca in super Lage mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Diese Finca ist für 4 Personen perfekt in ruhiger Lage und bietet genug Möglichkeiten zum Spielen für Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen dieses Objekt unbedingt weiter!
