Modern and cosy 2 bedroom flat with A/C, living-dining room with A/C, terrace, balcony, 1 bathroom with big shower and utility room with washing machine.
Only a few minutes from the beach (2 min.), enjoy fantastic views from the terrace to the mountains and the bay of Cala San Vicente.
Modern and elegantly furnished, the flat has a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers in "Menorcan" style.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a balcony with views of the mountains (Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site).
The second bedroom has two single beds and its own air conditioning.
The kitchen is very well equipped (kitchenware, microwave, oven, dishwasher...) and has a countertop (bar) open to the dining room.

Beautiful third floor with walkout balconies in prime location

Great location close to the beach and great restaurants. Very clean and cozy with nice kitchen, and great cross breeze from windows on both sides of the building. It was very hot during our stay so we did put on the air conditioning when needed and the three ductless air conditioners were excellent. It was a great home base for travelling around the island.

When we arrived it looked exactly as the photos show May our host was fantastic such a gentle kind person and really helpful The apartment was clean spacious and trendy and very peaceful to stay. Such a beautiful peaceful place!

The flat was extraordinary, very big and comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a great view on the mountains, located in a lovely quiet street, just 2 minutes' walk from a gorgeous beach. May has been a perfect hostess, she answered every question we asked and even those we didn't think of asking, she was very concerned with our well-being.We had an extraordinary holiday in Cala Sant Vicenç, the place is perfect if you're looking for some peace and quiet, with easy access to nature, away from the crowd.Thank you May for having us!

nice apartment with 2 amazing balconies

We had a really nice stay at May's apartment. Although we booked only 24h in advance, she arranged a warm welcome for us, even with some snacks. The two balconies are amazing to have out: the bigger one has sun at daytime, the smaller in the evening. Communication during our stay was easy and quick via WhatsApp.

Beautiful apartment

Great spot in Cala - slightly back from the beaches ( 3minute walk to all), overlooking a park at the back with the mountains at the front. This is a lovely apartment with two great terraces that catch all of the sun. The apartment felt very comfortable to be in and the furnishings were of a high quality. Fully stocked kitchen. May, our host, was lovely and really helpful. Would definitely recommend this appartment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks in May's property. Cala was as restful as ever. Immense waves on two days. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers very expensive (22 euros per day). Hired sunbeds and parasol from hire shop in porto pollenca. May has one parasol in the apartment.

Well-appointed 1st floor apartment in a quiet residential/ commercial district

This apartment (actually at 16A, not 16, Carrer Temporal) is extremely well-appointed; with good quality fittings and fixtures. It has two sizeable bedrooms, with a spacious bathroom linked to a laundry area. The living/ dining area is also roomy and well laid-out; with a high-end Internet-equipped TV with masses of channels. Many appeared to be set up for German users, but swapping to English language & subtitles was easy in many cases. Some of the channels, however, only offered Spanish-dubbed & subtitled versions of US & British programmes, but there was plenty of accessible, comprehensible content. The apartment's large front balcony looks out onto a glorious hillside vista ideal for breakfasting (accepting the small price that the bus & through traffic route runs past it at ground level). Cala San Vicenç is a quiet resort best-suited to older guests. Everything pretty much shuts down after 11pm; though the local bus service alternating to Port de Pollença/ Pollença town destinations runs until 11:30-ish. The apartment's owner, May, lives locally & speaks & understands English pretty well, & was able to resolve most of our minor problems by 'phone or Whatsapp message - with the sole exception of the Nespresso machine; which we didn't manage to master during our stay. This didn't in any way spoil what was, for us, a very relaxing break.

Ruim, modern en brandschoon appartement met groot balkon en mooi uitzicht op de bergen. In de ochtend kun je lekker ontbijten in het zonnetje.May heeft ons veel tips gegeven en heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken.Cala Sant Vicenç is een klein dorpje met voldoende leuke restaurantjes. Je kunt hier prima naar het strand. Als je gezellig wilt winkelen dan kun je het best naar Pollença rijden.De omgeving is prachtig. Je loopt zo het Tramuntana gebergte in waar je mooie wandelingen kunt maken.Als je rust zoekt en vooral van de natuur wilt genieten dan is dit verblijf een aanrader.

Ein ort zum Enstpannen

"Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Im November war es ein sehr ruhiger Ort, ideal zum Entspannen. Mit dem Auto konnte man alles bequem erreichen. Der Balkon war ein absolutes Highlight – morgens Sonne zum Frühstücken und ein traumhafter Blick in die Berge in alle Richtungen. Die offene Wohnküche war modern und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine (für kurze Aufenthalte empfiehlt es sich, ein paar Tabs mitzubringen) und sogar einem Fire TV. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der gesamte Ablauf verlief absolut reibungslos. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

Cala San Vicente has been and is a place of inspiration for many artists, musicians, painters for many decades.
The area is very quiet, just a few meters you can enjoy a tour of the mountain Blaques Coves or enjoy a walk to the Pollensa port Cavall Bernat mountain.
And if you prefer one is relaxing, just minutes from the beach of Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
