Apartment Description

Situated in the popular Port of Alcudia, this apartment is conveniently located near the renowned Bellevue resort. The stunning sandy beaches of Mallorca are just an 11-minute walk away. The communal pool, open year-round, measures 12x5 metres.

Description

The kitchen has been fully renovated and is equipped with modern appliances, including a cooker, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Large patio doors open onto the terrace, which features a table with six metal chairs, four additional chairs, four deck chairs, and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The terrace is shaded by an arbour and provides direct access to the pool.

The living room includes two sofas and a 55” LED flat-screen Google TV, offering numerous free channels with films and series in various languages.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies that overlook the pool terrace.

The apartment has four air-conditioning units: one in the living room downstairs and one in each bedroom upstairs. The units in the living room and the main bedroom are included in the basic rental price. The other two units can be rented for an additional €5 per day each, payable in cash upon arrival.

There are two family bathrooms: one upstairs with a shower/bath, toilet, bidet, and sink, and a smaller one downstairs with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Child-Friendly Features

A cot, baby chair, bed barrier, and playpen are provided at no extra cost. Safety measures are in place on the stairs to prevent children from accessing the pool area, which can be locked with a key if necessary.

Internet Access

The apartment offers a private unlimited 600 Mbps fibre internet connection available via WiFi, suitable for connecting mobile devices, tablets, laptops, etc.

House Manual

A comprehensive manual is available in the house, explaining how to use all the appliances, including the TV and dishwasher.

Important Information

- This is a family-oriented residential resort. If you are looking to host parties, drink, play loud music, or come and go at late hours, this house is not suitable for you. Parties are prohibited, and strict noise restrictions are in place. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction.

- Additionally, please ensure compliance with the minimum age requirement as stated on Vrbo: the main guest must be at least 30 years old. Proof of age (national ID, passport, etc.) is required upon arrival. Failure to provide proof of age will result in denied entry to the property without a refund.
