Et rigtig hyggeligt og pænt hus

Pros: Et stort hus med rigtig god plads med 4 gode værelser, 3 flotte badeværelser, dejligt køkken og gårdhave med fin pool - dog dyb til børn Meget stille landsby dog tæt på det meste med en bil. Udlejer er meget venlig og hjælpsom Cons: Intet - måske kunne der tilbydes en lille velkomstpakke med kaffe, drikkevarer og brød mm til lige at starte op på

Pros: Flair des Hofes und Hauses. Cons: Parken war schwierig. Gartenarbeiten und Sessel im Wohnzimmer erneuern.

Nettes Haus in ruhigem Stästchen

Pros: Sehr netter Kontakt, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und um eine schnelle Problemlösung bemüht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und in einem schönen Stil eingerichtet. Das Haus und die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren sauber. Cons: Der Grill schien von den Vorgängern benutzt und nicht richtig gesäubert gewesen zu sein. Die Lehnen der Korbsessel sind sehr abgenutzt, ebenso eine Sonnenliege.

Perfekter Urlaub im mallorquinischen Hinterland

Pros: Der Pool und die Ausstattung waren super. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auch Miguel war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Cons: Wenn man die Unterkunft bucht muss man sich bewusst sein, dass es wirklich sehr abgeschieden ist. Dafür hat man aber die Gelegenheit auch einmal das Inland von Mallorca oder einheimische Restaurant kennenzulernen. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Flughafen sind es etwa 30 Minuten. Aufgrund der Lage erreicht man nahezu fast jeden Ort auf der Insel in maximal 45 Minuten.

Empfehlenswert wenn man sich ein Auto mietet.

Pros: Vermieter: war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend falls man ein Problem hatte Unterkunft: unfassbar sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet Cons: Lage: unvorteilhaft wenn man mehr von Mallorca sehen möchte… ein Auto würde sich daher empfehlen; Supermarkt ist im nächsten Dorf -> zu Fuß waren wir knapp 1,5 Stunden unterwegs… mit dem Bus ca. 10 Minuten (Buskosten lagen bei 3€) Fahrt nach Palma: ca. eine Stunde; Kosten ca. 4,50€ pro Fahrt Fahrt nach ELArenal: durch das Umsteigen etc. waren wir dabei fast zwei Stunden unterwegs; kosten waren dementsprechend höher —> empfehlenswert ein Taxi zu nehmen (ca. 50€ für vier Personen im Taxi)
