Jeronis accommodation was just perfect for our family holiday, It's in a quiet area and only around a 10 minute walk to the centre of town.The house itself was spacious and spotless and well maintained and had everything we needed for a family holiday, the pool area was fabulous, the large beautiful cooling pool with plenty of loungers, perfect for those hot sunny days, and outside dining furniture and the seating on the balcony was a plus.Jornie is a great host and always on hand to answer any questions you might have.We had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return to jornies place again..

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, great space for our family. Very clean, property very well equipped. Jeroni very obliging. Location is excellent, very suitable for teens wanting to go out in the evening without needing a taxi. Excellent location for sight seeing, as only a short drive to Alcudia and pollenca. We will def return to this Villa.

Great Stay

Our 1st time in Majorca. Villa lovely spotlessly clean. Good amount of towels etc. Jeroni was always available and helpful. We did struggle to find the property but it was 2am.when we arrived. Good location for short walk to beach and bars etc

We had an amazing stay at Picafort 1. The villa was large, spacious, very clean with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool which was also lovely and clean. The location was great just a short walk to the beautiful beach and a bustling sea front with a huge choice of bars and restaurants. We were also well placed to visit many of the other attractions Majorca has to offer including a day trip into Palma. Thank you Jeroni for a lovely holiday

Wonderful immaculate villa

We had 10 days at Picafort 2 and we had a wonderful time! The villa was immaculate and plenty of room for us and our 3 children! On arrival there was water and some snacks which was nice. The villa is better than the photos and I made good use of the washing machine. Shops, beach and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Would love to come back again! Great holiday!

Brilliant

The property is in a nice residential area. There is plenty of room and everything is nice and clean. The beds are comfy and there is loads of wardrobe space. The bars/shops are probably about a 5-minute walk to the nearest ones and a 10-minute walk to the main resort. If it was my property I would change the steps up to the door to get in from the outside area from metal to wood as these get very hot, you soon learn to put some footwear on! We've been twice now and would recommend it,

Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. Kitchen could do with grater, can opener and few other basics like 2 chopping boards and kettle that switches off! (Bit dangerous) but a lovely stay 😊 Thank you

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic weeks stay at Jeroni’s home in Can Picafort. The communication before and during our stay was the best I’ve ever experienced, with nothing being too much bother! The house, particularly the kitchen had everything needed for a self catering holiday, and the pool was well maintained and fantastic for a cool down from the midday sun. We also enjoyed the table tennis! The walk to the main shops and restaurants was very accessible in just over 10 minutes, and even less to a very well stocked supermarket. Jeroni went above and beyond for us when I messaged to say our flight wasn’t until evening time. He couldn’t let us stay in the house all day due to it needing to be cleaned for the next guests, but he did allow us to store our suitcases there until we got picked up. This allowed us to enjoy our last day without having to lug our luggage everywhere! Jeroni also passed on his neighbours taxi number, and we had fantastic service from Gabriel for both journeys to and from the airport at a very competitive rate! Thanks again Jeroni for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home!

Family holiday

Pros. Lovely host who is very responsive to any queries and messages. Large villa, plenty of space. 10 minutes if not less of a walk to the beach and shopping/restaurant area. Supermarket 5-8 minutes walk. Very clean villa with plenty of towels to use which was brilliant. Cons. Unsuitable door locking. Large French doors do not have a proper locking mechanism, just a hole into the plastic where the locking bolt turns up into it, no door mechanism. I must add i don’t mean the main front door. No smart TV so unable to watch anything as we couldn’t access British Chanel’s so unable to gain access to Netflix etc on nights where we wanted to get in early and relax. Kettle has no on/off switch, appeared to be snapped off so we had to unplug when it started to boil. Pool freezing cold and only filters in the evening which isn’t great as the morning is when things have blown into it through the night. Air con in main bedroom not working and in the downstairs bedroom. Really old TV in downstairs bedroom Showers aren’t built in, instead a free standing cubicle, ok to do the job but all other functions don’t work properly for the all round shower system. High spec villa but with lots of work done to a low standard. Cockerel across the way on a farm awoke us every early hours around 3am which continued for hours so ear plugs is a must. Bin men arrive to empty bin at least twice every night at around 11pm then again about 12pm

Das Objekt war sehr sauber gereinig und bietet viel Platz. Leider konnten wir den Pool fast nicht nutzen, da er unbeheizt ist und das Wasser infolge des Wetters sehr kalt war. In der Küche fehlten uns einige Sachen für eine optimale Nutzung - das Wichtigste hat uns aber der Vermieter umgehend organisiert und nachgeliefert - herzlichen Dank Jeroni! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war generell sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand, bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants.

Haben mehr erwartet. Würden einige Renovierungen empfehlen.

Die Bäder, vor allem die Duschen müssten unbedingt mal modernisiert werden. Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr überschaubar… für uns, 2 Personen die meist auswärts essen waren, war es ok. Für den Reisezeitraum September, wo der Pool fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt und somit zu kalt war um Spaß daran zu haben, würde ich eher die andere/angrenzende Unterkunft empfehlen da dort der Pool fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Ein weiterer Punkt sind die Betten… hier sollte man auch mal in vernünftige Matratzen investieren. Haben sehr schlecht auf den durchgelegenen Matratzen geschlafen. Die Tischtennisplatte fällt schon beim Anblick auseinander und den Grill wollten wir erst gar nicht öffnen. Insgesamt fanden wir den Mietpreis in Anbetracht der Ausstattung nicht angemessen.

Bonne experience general!

La maison correspondait en tout point a l’annonce : spacieuse, propre et l’air conditionné est un vrai bonus ! Si je devais donner un conseil il manque du nécessaire de cuisine (poivre, sel, huile d’olive,..) et dans la salle de bain ( gel douche ,etc) et les propriétaires sont une peu rigide sur l’heure de départ (10h).

È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è splendida, funzionale, pulita , c’è tanto spazio di cui godere, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia! C’è la piscina, il barbecue, il Ping pong , la cucina fornita di tutto, davvero un eccellente esperienza. Si trova inoltre in una zona strategica per raggiungere il centro di Can Picafort a piedi, visitare Playa del Muro ( che è splendida) , supermercato e servizi a pochi passi. Volendo ci sono autobus che conducono in ogni luogo. L’host è sempre stato gentile e premuroso. Davvero un gioiello

Top Lage und Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren das erste Mal in Palma de Mallorca mit unseren zwei Teenager und uns hat es super gefallen. Die Lage ist Top, 10 Min zu Fuss ist man am Strand und 15 Min zu Fuss im Zentrum von Pincafort. Der Gastgeber hat nach einer Woche den Pool gereinigt und war immer Online erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Jeroni gehabt. Die Lage ist top, ruhig und trotzdem alles (Einkauf, Strand, Boulevard) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses sowie vom Pool ist besonders hervorzuheben. Auch Check-in eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Sache sowie ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmals an Jeroni. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub für uns als Familie und fehlte an nichts.

Super Lage

Wir waren zufrieden - die Lage war toll. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hell hörig… leider fehlte uns die Toilette im UG sehr! Sonst war das Haus sehr einfach eingerichtet, die Kaffeemaschine könnte oder sollte erneuert werden!!!! Was uns auch gefehlt hat waren ein paar Pflanzen.
