This bright and modern apartment is located in one of the quietest areas of Can Picafort, away from the busiest area of the town but also 10 minutes walking. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, large terrace, utility room and community pool. The beach is about 600 meters walking in a straight line. There is a Mercadona 60 meters away, on the same street. Quiet and clear area
