The historic Mallorcan house is situated on a 12-hectare plot and was lovingly restored and extended in 2014. With a view of the original green hilly landscape, the house is well connected and not far from the connecting road from Son Serra de Marina to Artá. The modernly furnished house is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as the living and dining area with integrated kitchen and internet in the ground floor and completely renovated area. The bedroom off the spacious entrance area is furnished with two single beds, the other with a double bed and both with a wardrobe. The cosy living and dining area as well as the modern, fully equipped kitchen form a large uniform space and thus the sociable centre of the house. The area is also equipped with German satellite TV and flat-screen TV. One bathroom is located in the house, and another full bathroom is accessed via the terrace. This front terrace in the entrance area also leads directly into the covered and enclosed outdoor kitchen where, among other things, the brick barbecue is located. In the extension of the outdoor kitchen there is a covered and thus shady area with rustic seating. At the pool area, which is protected from the view and from which you enjoy a far-reaching and unique panoramic view, there is a permanently installed sunshade.
The nearby country road leads in a few minutes to the popular coastal town of Son Serra de Marina and its beach, and in only 10 minutes to the picturesque village of Artá. An ideal starting point for numerous excursions across the island!
