Discover this lovingly restored historic Mallorcan home on a spacious 12-hectare plot. The house was extensively renovated in 2014 and offers a modern and open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen and internet access. The accommodation comprises two comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a cosy double bed, both equipped with spacious wardrobes.
The central living and dining area forms the sociable heart of the house and is equipped with a mixed satellite TV and a flat-screen TV. One bathroom is located in the house, while another full bathroom is accessible via the terrace. The front terrace leads directly to the covered outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue and rustic seating in the shaded area.
The pool area offers pure relaxation with a permanently installed parasol and a breathtaking panoramic view over the green hilly landscape. The nearby country road takes you to the popular coastal town of Son Serra de Marina and its beach in just a few minutes and to the picturesque village of Artá in just 10 minutes.
Enjoy your stay in this idyllic setting, which is perfect for numerous excursions and exploratory tours of the island of Mallorca!

Optional additional costs: On request, an air conditioning package (cold/warm) of 50 euros per week can be booked on arrival. The price of the tourist tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately and is subject to the current legal rates.

We, 4 friends, had a wonderful time in this lovely Finca. The hosts where super friendly, and welcomed us on arrival. We got a quick toure of the Finca. The Finca and surrounding was very clean, including the gorgeous pool.

Fantastic place - highly recommended!

we had an exceptional week at Marga and Pep's place! The finca is really beautiful with an outstanding panoramic view on the mountains. There is more than enough room for 4 people and various places to relax and chill. The big pool was another big plus that we loved to use. Everything was clean and the hosts were always there when we had questions. We'd absolutely recommend this beautiful place and love to come back someday. Many thanks!

A lovely holiday.

This is a beautiful finca, situated in the countryside on the outskirts of Arta and Son Sierra de Marina. We had a lovely break during our two week stay. The finca is well resourced for a family of 4, with ample kitchen equipment and a ‘pantry’ area with things such as cool bags etc to make your stay even easier. The only drawback to this property is that there is only one air con unit which is situated in the lounge area. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, however during the very hot summer weather this led to a couple of uncomfortable nights sleep. Overall though, it is a lovely location and meant that we had a very quiet, restful break using the finca as a base to explore the stunning island of Mallorca.

A fantastic property with a fantastic view.!

We’ve just come back from a two week stay and had such a great time. The Villa is unbelievable, so peaceful and quite with everything you need and a spectacular view. Not overlooked by anyone we couldn’t fault the villa in anyway and love to go back. We took our 3 year old and she absolutely loved the swimming pool and toys to play with. We love cooking bbqs, so after a day at the beach (many to choose from within minutes away) we’d get back jump in the pool, open a bottle of wine and start the BBQ. You need to have a car for the property but we knew that as property slightly remote so can’t just walk to a shop but loads of shops/restaurants within 10 mins including big Lidl and local Spanish Supermarkets. Alcudia only 15 min drive away which has plenty to choose from with fantastic beaches along the way. Just want to say thank you to the agent and owners for a fantastic holiday!

Das Haus ist mehr sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und auch für Gäste hergerichtet. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und auch bei Fragen, hat man nie lange auf eine Antwort gewartet. Ein Auto ist für die Lage ein Must-Have, dafür hat man zu 100% seine Ruhe!

Entspannter Urlaub

Top gelegene Finca. Trotz der sehr guten Anbindung hat man dort keinen Verkehrslärm. Super tolles Grundstück und die Vinca ist der Hammer. Wurden sehr nett begrüßt und eingewiesen. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca von Magda und Pep. Beide haben uns bei Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Korb mit Leckereien, was uns sehr überrascht und gefreut hat. Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung ist top. Es gibt nichts was gefehlt hat. Unser Sohn (2Jahre) hat sich so über die ganzen Spielsachen gefreut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein!

Wunderbare Herberge zum Abschalten!!!

Die Beschreibung der Finca im Vorfeld wurde definitiv übertroffen!!! Es ist ein tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen, mit grandiosem Blick in die Berge! Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen , es wurde an jedes kleinste Detail gedacht!!! Der Außenbereich ist so vielseitig, dass man jeden Abend einen einen anderen Sitzplatz wählen kann…. Und der Pool ist natürlich bei diesen Temperaturen ein wunderbares Mittel zum Abkühlen, oder ein toller Ort, um einen netten Drink am Abend zu celebrieren ( inclusive grandiosem Blick in die Natur). Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir haben schon direkt für das nächste Jahr gebucht :-)

Fantastische Finca

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf dieser Finca und waren total begeistert. Angefangen von der netten Begrüßung, Einweisung in das Objekt und dem Obstkorb (inkl. 1 Flasche Rotwein) zur Begrüßung, war schon die Ankunft bestens. Das Anwesen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert mit alten landwirtschaftlichen Geräten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Dieser wunderschöne Ausblick!!!!

Wir hatten zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder-9 und 12 Jahre alt) einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Urlaub in einem tollen Zuhause auf Zeit und konnten uns wunderbar erholen! Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin war super nett und herzlich!!!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Amazing Holiday

We had a fantastic family holiday at Santa Margalida, a stunning property with lots of character. The house had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. The outside area is amazing with outdoor kitchen and barbecue with numerous outdoor sitting and eating areas. Our children lived in the pool which has stunning views and sun loungers. We explored the whole island from here with a hire car enjoying days out and spending the evenings back at the house barbecuing and swimming. Mallorca is a stunning island especially in the North away from the big tourist hotspots, but within 5 miles from the house you have Can Pickford which has all tourist attractions, our children enjoyed go carting and paddle boarding. There is also a fantastic Lidl there which has excellent food at good prices, great to stock up on wine and ice creams for the children. We all had a great family holiday here and can highly recommend it we will certainly be back 😀
