Really Clean…Amazing location

Booked the property with seven friends over the Easter weekend. Thought the house looked even better in real life than in the pictures. It was super clean and really spacious as well. The facilities were excellent, especially in terms of the kitchen and the bathroom. I would highly recommend this property for a large group as the indoor and outdoor communal areas are well suited for gatherings.

It was amazing!

Me and my friends went to Alcúdia and had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and the pool was amazing. There was enough room for the 8 of us and the villa was also close to the beach. It was not even a 5 minute walk. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant named Bistro Bel and the food there was amazing and the service was very good too! We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a nice and fun vacation.

L'équipement était complet, il ne manquait rien. Et nous avons apprécié que la maison soit chauffée car les températures extérieures n'étaient pas très élevées durant le mois d'avril.

Brilliant villa, very spacious, clean and great location. Also very family friendly

Very clean, lot of kitchen items (a few dishwasher tablets etc). Beds very comfy and lots of pillows available.Cleaned after 1 week and pool cleaned after a sand storm! Quite a few mosquitos around, maybe due to pool and greenery.

Villa was lovely

Villa was lovely. Bedroom and Living rooms were spacious for the 5 of us.Nice and clean on arrival. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of Plates, glasses etc.Nice comfy beds and quality bedding and towels.Access was easy, the key was left in a key lock. I think I would prefer if it was a person face to face on arrival who could have explained where things were, how to use the buses etc, but we visited the local tourist Information centre who were able to tell us what we wanted to know instead.The agents were very helpful and flexible, letting us check in a little earlier and check out a little later and always replied to our email promptly.Location was great if you like the beach. We prefer the old town, so would bus it there. Bus stop is a 5 min walk and then about 10 min ride. Buses are tap on/off, so no need to buy a ticket. Most of the nicer restaurants are there in our opinion.

Sehr moderne, saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Gute Lage zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Ein paar Gläser zu wenig. War aber kein Problem. Schön wäre, wenn man das Licht dimmen könnte.

14 Tage Familienurlaub

Wir hatten traumhafte 14 Tage Urlaub in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, es ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber gewesen. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Bildern aussieht). Ca 3x4 m. Der Rasen ist wirklich sehr heiß, das war auch tatsächlich unser einziger Minuspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Zum Lidl läuft man zu Fuß ca 10 min. Zum Hafen ca 20 min. Zum Supermarkt gegenüber 1 min. Restaurants sind zahlreich an der Promenade und Richtung Hafen zu erreichen. In die Altstadt sind wir 20 min mit der Kutsche gefahren. Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Den rasen). Der ist unglaublich heiß! Der Terrassen Tisch ist von der Unterseite sehr schmutzig.

Beautiful spacious Villa.

The Villa is beautifully furnished. Spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the outside sitting areas. Sunshine or shade all day long. Great location. Used the local restaurants which were very good. Villa is secured INSIDE (not outside see below) Was clean and very nice for three couples and one child( everyone has its room and dedicated Bathroom) I also like rapidity of answer from Toni Our first villa choice had electricity problems so we had to find another one Recommend to park the car inside as someone attempt to steal our car by forcing the passenger door with screwdriver. Not really you can improve but the neighbourhood's is very quiet in winter (everything closes around) gives the impression of a dead city
