First time booking a house with my friends, and all worked perfect, Communication via YupiHome was very good. I always got a prompt answer to all my questions. House is in a fantastic condition. and the interrior is modern.Having breakfast outside in the morning and the kids in your own pool, nothing more needed. The Villa lies very central. 1 Minute to get to the promenade with shops, lots or restaurant etc., and around 5 Minutes to the beach. Wonderful stay.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Highlight für unsere zwei Kinder war der Pool. Hier kam auch regelmäßig jemand zur Reinigung vorbei. Die Kommunikation war super! Wir konnten umgehend nach Ankunft in Mallorca in die Villa und es war alles super easy. Die Villa an sich war in Ordnung. Leider sind viele Küchenutensilien sehr veraltet. Auch wäre eine Schattierung/Markise draußen sehr von Vorteil gewesen. Wir waren im August vor Ort und zum Frühstücken/Mittagessen draußen ist es ohne Schattierung fast nicht auszuhalten - gerade mit kleinen Kindern. Man sieht, dass die Villa schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, das haben wir aber auch so erwartet und mit großem Luxus nicht gerechnet. Die Lage ist super. Der Strand war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Geschäfte und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt nur einige Meter von der lebhaften und pulsierenden Hauptstrasse, welche zum Meer führt. Trotzdem ist es im und ums Haus sehr ruhig. Kleinere Beanstandungen im Haus wurden innerhalb von einem Tag in Ordnung gestellt. Klima und WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei.

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn die Einrichtung erneuert wird. Miguel ist einfach klasse. Ganz tolle Kommunikation.

Gute Lage aber Einrichtung mit Mängeln

Die Lage des Hause ist Top, schöner Pool, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, der Weg zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten. Die Einrichtung sollte aber mal erneuert werden: - Einige Gartenstühle kaputt - Babybett fehlte eine Schraube - Esstisch wackelt - Betten klappern - Duschhaltungen - Küchenschränke riechen nach Alt - Sofa fleckig und durchgesessen Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub 😀.
