Haydock Gold is a spacious and modern house with 3 comfortable bedrooms including 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 1 king sized bed which can be split into 2 singles. The living room also features a large and comfortable sofa bed which can sleep 2. 2 bedrooms and the living room features smart TV’s.


There is a large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area which is perfect for socialising, relaxing and dining. The fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances is perfect for cooking up a storm.

There is a large private backyard, perfect for getting some fresh air.

You also have the entire place for yourself! All areas of the house are maintained to a high standard for you to enjoy.

Excellent transport links and free roadside parking right outside of the property. It’s only a 30 minute drive into Manchester City Centre and 20 minutes drive from both Wigan and Warrington Town centre.

There is a supermarket just a minute walk away and plenty of local pubs, restaurants and takeaways to enjoy.
