Nice position, alternative area, top terrace

Close to the northen beaches, far from noisy central Valencia in Cabanyal area where you see vintage house and many old decrepit places to be built up again.It is definitively not a fashionable area but has his uniqueness.The apartment has basic furnitures and you cannot expect too many extras in the kitchenTop value is the terrace that would be worth alone the stayYou will never see anyone of the property but everything will be managed online

The appartement was very clean, the process to acess the appartement was clear and easy. The appartement had a smell of cigarette. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from beach. The neighborhood is not great, not clean and looks poor. The overall experience was not bad, but I would not go back.

In fact, it is one of the most sought-after areas in Valencia at the moment. It is a neighborhood in the process of change and restoration, which can give a different impression at first glance. We always advise you to inform yourself about the area you are going to travel to, as many neighborhoods in transformation have a lot to offer and their true charm may not be immediate. The apartment was clean but not like the photos. It didn’t have a living room or seating area - only a small kitchenette with a hot plate and limited dishes/cooking utensils. No cleaning supplies, limited towels, and only 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied. No sofa or comfortable chairs - only a small table and hard folding chairs. We made it work for what we needed but it was a disappointment for sure.
