Great space but beware the bedding

The check in was easy. The house was exactly what we needed for our family including a PlayStation, two large tables and a sitting area. The bathrooms were clean but without handsoap. The kitchen was clean and great for self catering but there were no basics provided. The bedding provided was dubious. The mattresses were very stained and tatty. One had a large blood stain on. Some of the sheets were also stained and one even had two large holes. The pillows were awful and unusable. We asked reception for more bedding as we had these issues and there was not enough provided for the bunk beds. The receptionist was extremely rude but did reluctantly give us more bedding. Despite these early issues, we had a great family holiday and the space was brilliant for the range of ages.
