TV didn't connect to cable. Double bed in living room, made the room very cramped.

Great location, easy access to everything
We needed quick access to everything to squeeze in as much as possible during our first trip to London. The Waterloo tube was within 15 minutes. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
If you're visiting London and need a great location and just a place to crash during the night...this is the place. Near the Blackfriars Train station and close to major attractions. Not really a place to hang out at night. There are 2 rooms and a common room with a couch. the 5th person is in the common room. This was perfect for our family visiting London for the 1st time, only thing that would have made our stay better is the beds could have been in better shape.
The property was as advertised: 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Perfect for 4 adults. Great location! Close walk to many landmarks and tube stations as well as pubs and markets. Check-in was a little cumbersome, but when i arrived 30 minutes before my planned time they were kind enough to let me in. It is key entry, so i had to return to the property to let the others in when they arrived. Overall, very happy with our stay

Clean, comfortable, with basic amenities, but a great location
The property we stayed in was flat 4, with one apartment per floor. It was very spacious and comfortable, but old and tired, with only very basic amenities and cheap furnishings. It is probably only 3 star quality, but it was very clean and in an excellent position, within easy walking distance to two rail stations and many of Londons attractions.
Unfortunately being so central also meant it was quite noisy, so for light sleepers, this place may not suit.
We also found the showers being over the bath tub to be quite difficult and dangerous to use, as there were no rubber bath mats or grab rails and the bathtub was very slippery. It was quite expensive for what was provided, but then again, central London is not a cheap location.
We would recommend the flat, but with some reservations.
The apartment itself was OK - it lacks comfort touches like rugs. The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on, which one person did. Check-in was a bit rough, as the person who met us did not speak English and simply pointed at things like the thermostat. The unit owner came up one morning unannounced and asked if he could come in due to a plumbing leak. He asked if we had spilled water on the floor and said to my (grown) son “tell me the truth.” My son was in the shower when the owner arrived and didn’t have context for the conversation. It was awkward. For us, the main problem is that the apartment is located above (and over) from a very very loud pub. The street noise - and street fight - went well past 1am every day. On a positive note, we enjoyed the Thirsty Bear Pub for drinks and pub food. It was a great place to end our evenings, too bad others ended their evenings severalHours later outside our window.
