Attic apartment in a family home located in a green, sunny hillside area, 3.0 km from the historic centre of Aosta (a 10-minute drive from city centre and a 7-minute drive from the Aosta/Pila cable car station). The apartment consists of a single open-plan space: kitchen and spacious living room, bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a small bedroom with two beds, as well as a small terrace from which to enjoy a beautiful view of the valley’s most stunning mountains. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences: oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, television, hair dryer, electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi. Bath and kitchen linens and bed linens are included. Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find a pizzeria-trattoria, a restaurant, a bar and tobacco shop, an excellent bakery, a coin-operated laundromat, and a beauty salon. Loading and unloading is available right outside the house, and free parking is 50 metres away. It’s an ideal base for comfortably exploring the Aosta Valley and enjoying walks or bike rides surrounded by nature. We’re located on the Via Francigena. NO PETS – MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS. Available for medium- to long-term stays.

Siamo stati molto bene nella mansarda , ampia ,comoda (ancora di più per chi non è altissimo) e completa di tutto ,dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie , macchina del caffè,zanzariere in ogni stanza, ogni comodità insomma Una casa tenuta benissimo , davvero pulitissima ,nemmeno un granello di polvere nonostante i numerosi soprammobili compresa una deliziosa collezione di gattini.in sala e peluche nella cameretta. Il pezzo forte sono le verande con vista strepitosa sui monti , sulla vallata, e sul paese Nella verandina della cucina era bellissimo fare colazione o bere qualcosa di sera ,era fresca e si poteva godere dello splendido panorama . Il parcheggio era sempre disponibile proprio davanti al municipio, Aggiungo che Elisabetta e i suoi genitori sono stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili .
