About this property

low vacation rental villa with heated pool in quiet VAR

Ideally located for a good holiday between sea and countryside, located in a quiet area with terraces overlooking the hills (very refreshing and peaceful), close to the village and small shops (1min by car) such as bakery, convenience store, press, bar, tobacco, pizzeria post office, bank ... and several fruit and vegetable producers!

The beaches of Toulon or Hyères (pier for the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, and Le Levant) are 15 km away, St Tropez and Nice are 1 hour away by car! You can also visit the hinterland with the lake of St Croix and the Verdon gorges within an hour's drive.

POOL ACCESS heated only from April to September
Access to a large shared swimming pool (8M X 3M) located in the terraces surrounded by a beautiful stone wall, a change of scenery guaranteed !! This pool is closed by a padlocked gate (child safety!) a table and chairs as well as deckchairs are at your disposal around the swimming pool to relax !!!

We offer the rental of sheets, towels, and tea towels, the price is € 15 PER PERSON for the duration of a week's stay
For foreigners who do not have a checkbook, the deposit will be made by transfer and the deposit will be € 500 in cash returned upon departure

The end of stay cleaning fee is € 75

If you have young children, we provide you (on reservation) a cot, a high chair and a baby walker)

Pets are not allowed except small dogs

If you wish to make a reservation please contact me, and I will send you the contract to complete and send me back with the deposit required, upon receipt your dates will be blocked.

Souvenirs de Tolliès Toucas et de ses alentours

Nous avons passés 15 jours agréables dans une location proche du village et de ses petits commerces (boulangerie, épicerie, pizzeria). Le soleil était avec nous. Petit déjeuner tous les jours sur la terrasse. Nous avons profité de la piscine presque tous les jours en fonction de nos sorties (Rayol, Toulon, St Tropez, Goussin, Le Lavandou, La Londe les Maures, Ile de Porquerolles, Port Grimaud, Port Cros, les Calanques, les jardins et les plages) C'était magnifique, paradisiaque !!! D'autres séjours à programmer pour compléter la découverte de ces départements. Nous avons rencontré des personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques dans les commerces et les établissements de restauration. Merci à Nadia et à son mari pour leur réactivé et le temps donné pour nous permettre de passer de bonnes vacances

The home was a great home base for exploring Provence. You really feel like a local resident in the quaint small village. Visits to nearby villages for bread and fresh fish and produce and nearby beaches galore made for a fun and varied experience

What you see is not what you get.

Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig. Eigenaar gaf aan meerdere huizen te moeten opleveren. Dame die geld voor lakens kwam incasseren meldde dat eigenaar in buitenland was. Rare gang van zaken.Voor 2 weken betaald edoch voor tweede week geen schone lakens gekregen Vinden van juiste sleutelkastje moeizaam. Parkeren langs smalle weg. Warm/koudwater bij sommige kranen verkeerd om aangelegt hierdoor gevaar brandwonden. Bank met forse slijt plekken. Zwembad niet onderhouden. Vieze randen en in week tijd 15 cm minder water. Tuin met verdorde/dode planten. Bedden bij zwembad gammel. Lampenkap keuken afwezig. Een nachtlampje kapot. Achter bedden en bank vies. Geen gebruiksaanwijzing aanwezig van wasmachine, keramiceplaat en gasbarbeque. Conclusie: veel te duur voor wat er geboden wordt.

Location impeccable !

Nous venons de séjourner dans ce bas de villa très bien agencé et extrêmement propre. La rencontre avec Elodie fut brève mais efficace : on sent une propriétaire discrète, soucieuse que ses vacanciers soient installés du mieux possible et profitent de leur séjour dans les meilleures conditions qu'ils soient. Le "hic" pour nous fut de découvrir que l'étage au dessus était occupé par d'autres vacanciers (pas dit dans l'annonce). Aussi, ça n'a pas été toujours simple d'être au calme, dans l'intimité et profiter tranquillement de l'espace piscine qu'on doit partager...Dommage...

Very nice place!

Our holyday were very nice in France. The apartment was very clean. We hadn`t miss anything. Elodie and Nicola are very nice und friendly humans. They are very helpful in any situation. Our children enjoyed the time in the wonderful ambience. The pool and the garden were well-tended. It was a great time. Best regards on the nice tender with the really cute kids.

SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons grandement apprécié nos vacances dans ce bas de villa, au calme, très frais a l'intérieur (pourtant très chaud a l'extérieur) le logement ne manque de rien, très coquet et très propre! Une terrasse privative nous est réservé avec une table, parasol et barbecue, exposé plein sud. La piscine est parfaite le cadre magnifique, l'eau avoisine les 30°, elle est très bien entrenu et les enfants n'ont pas eu les yeux qui piquent!!! Il y a de belles plages a voir dans le coin 15km environ. Encore bravo et merci aux propriétaires, vous être parfait! Claude et martine
