Brand new, recently built apartment of 50m² offering a sea view ideal for vacations with friends.

Short tour of the owner:

The apartment has a living room with a Tv, a double sofa bed overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, induction cooker, kettle).
Terrace with an outdoor table for 6 people and a magnificent view of the sea.
A master suite with 160 cm bed, closet, access to a private balcony with view on the Thau Lagoon and a bathroom with shower and storage.

The "Vista Mare" is a secured apartment located on the 3rd floor.

We are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming home, which is why we take care of cleaning the apartment upon your departure. Furthermore, to allow you to travel light, we provide you with bedding sets during your stay.
