Attractive, renovated village house in traffic-free street
This little village house is fully modernised with a new kitchen and bathroom. It's fresh and crisp, whilst having traditional features including natural stone tiling, exposed wooden beams and exposed stone walls. It has fibre internet and wifi. It is in a small traffic free street just a few minutes walk from the shops and resturants.
It is a pleasant 30 minute drive to the nearest Mediterranean beaches. The river Agly is less than 10 minutes walk from the house.

pas de place pour se garer, notification d'ailleurs des gendarmes car garé devant la rue, impossible d'ouvrir les placards, tuyauterie bouchée, pas de porte pour les chambres donc bruit si tout le monde ne se couche pas en meme temps. Appartement très isolé, le lit en haut matelas posé sur des planches en bois

Merci pour vos commentaires Marguerite. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de parking dédié, il faut donc trouver une place sur la route. 2 des placards de la cuisine ont un accès limité en raison de la forme du plafond. Tout le reste fonctionne normalement. Malheureusement vous avez bouché les canalisations avec vos serviettes hygiéniques. Le plombier a dû les retirer. Il y a une affiche indiquant qu’il ne faut pas les mettre dans les toilettes. Le matelas repose sur un sommier futon en bois. Une maison à 10 minutes à pied des commerces et restaurants est-elle « isolée » ? Une question d'opinion je suppose. La plupart des gens aiment le charme, le style et le confort de la maison. Partout où je peux apporter des améliorations, je le fais.
