About this property

Location:
A front line villa located just 10 metres from the sea. Binissafua beach is just a 5 minute walk from the villa and Binibeca is about a 5 minute drive away. An 8 minute drive will bring you to Sant Lluís town or Sant Climent village. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 15 minutes.

Exterior:
The garden has a grass lawn leading down to the rocks in front of the house, where there is a private ladder to access and swim in the crystal clear waters. There are two large shaded terraces with sofas, chairs and tables for outdoor living. Undoubtedly some of the most breathtaking sea views of Menorca.

Interior:
The furnishings are very tasteful and attractive creating an exceptional and unique marine ambience. All rooms are distributed on one level.
Ground Floor: lounge/open plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 shower room.
